We recently purchased our second used Nissan from Audi St. Paul. Both were great experiences, but this last time stands-out. Our sales rep Rasethnu was awesome, professional and caring. We couldn't stay the first day to finish the transaction and they were totally understanding. We dealt with two different finance guys over the two days, and they were courteous and no-pressure as well. Rasethnu had the car ready to go all clean and shiny. There were a couple of minor things that needed attention on the car and Rasethnu made follow-up calls to be sure they were taken care of to our satisfaction.

AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I start off with those three words so even if you don't read this whole review you get the point. We were traveling through Augusta GA after evacuating from hurricane Ida that had just devastated the New Orleans area. All warning lights popped up on the dash of my 2016 VW Jetta SEL and the vehicle went in to limp mode. Zero power over 35mph. On top of the destruction of hurricane Ida back home in New Orleans now I have a car that just basically gave up on me. The already pit in my stomach became even larger and only the worst case scenarios were going through my head now. A Google search leads me to the amazing team at Gerald Jones Volkswagen and the magic begins. Expecting at least a two or three day hotel stay in Augusta my service advisor Charles Davis takes me in to his service drive and assures me that everything will be alright and immediately puts one of his top techs named Mr. Chris on the case. Turns out it was as simple as a wheel speed sensor that the parts specialist Candace Betsch had sitting on the shelf in the parts department. While waiting on my vehicle to be repaired and strolling through the new car showroom I was greeted by the nicest young lady by the name of Vickie McPhee who introduced herself as the General Manager and was just as sweet as could be making sure that I was doing okay with a true concern about our safety during this hurricane evacuation. She even went as far as to introduce me to one of the owners Mr. David Jones and we had a great conversation as well. Next thing I know my service advisor Charles was standing next to me telling me that the speed sensor had already been replaced and my vehicle after being washed and run through quality control was ready to go. This my friends is one heck of a car dealership that has employed a team of people that truly care about their customers no matter where they are from or what dealership the vehicle was purchased. 2018 Audi A4 allroad review
I still have my 2001 Allroad (built on the A6) and did not think the A4 Allroad would have the same feel - but I was wrong. The 2018 is solid, has great torque and overall performance is superior. Interior is as impressive as the exterior. Very stylish with outstanding handling for a 'station wagon'!

Mostly, I need to just commend the helpfulness and service of the folks at European Motors. They care. I've read many a story of many a dealership which doesn't seem to, so you should know how European Motors actually does... I wanted to test drive a BMW as I was making my way home from Arizona to Wisconsin. About ten days prior to my leaving I emailed them to ask if they'd simply be willing to inform me if the car I was looking at sold before the day I would pass through the state, just to save myself time, gas and checking every single day to see if it was still available. Suzy called me the next morning to let me know that they would make every effort to do that. When I got in touch with them the day before I would drive through Iowa, she made a point of informing me that the car had suffered a few dimples from a hail storm that had blown though in the week between phone calls. She didn't want me to make the trip and not be aware of that-- in her words, "potential deal breaker"-- ahead of time. They had the car ready to go for me when I got there and Tommy was friendly and helpful as could be when it came to walking me through various financing options. No pressure at any time. Also liked the fact that they offered a 3 month/ 3,000 mile warranty with the car and had an option for an extended warranty if it gave you peace of mind. While I didn't pull the trigger on the car that day, I did very much appreciate the quick responses, and friendly, upfront service. I think that's what you'd always hope for as a car buyer and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to (especially) anyone who is looking for a fun to drive (they had more than a handful of stick shifts!) imported car.

2018 Audi A4 allroad review
It took me a long time to decide to buy this car. I compared it to a number of other premium cars including BMW, Mercedes, Infinity, Lexus, and other Audi models. I decided on this one because I thought that it had the best combination of features that mattered to me. I did not want a large car, but I didn't want a compact car either. Despite the verdict of pundits on the web, this is not a compact car. The interior is very comfortable without being over the top, and it is very light, and the visibility is outstanding. The seats are very comfortable, and the drive is very smooth. One other thing that I like about the car is that while it gives you the feeling of being in an elite vehicle, it does not blare to the world that it is a luxury car. It does not really come off appearing like a luxury car that was bought for the purpose of displaying one's money. I also think that I got a very good deal on the car, and it cost quite a bit less than a comparable BMW, Mercedes, or other equivalent cars.

2017 Audi A4 allroad review
This car is super fun to drive...solid, handles great on corners. It is fast and maneuverable yet is also has the utility of an SUV with the roof rack and split folding seats, all wheel drive makes it great to ride in the snow.

2021 Audi A4 allroad review
I own a 2019 2nd Allroad I've owned. I have a preium plus summer & winter package. I have the lower thigh support. Great on fuel but it runs on preium gas. Handling is great, and the ride makes you want to keep driving it. I never had issues with my 2014 and after a year & half nearing 35K miles I have only changed oil rotated the tires. Audi dealerships treat you Right. Not impressed with BMW, my wife's car spends it's life at the dealership! Quatro over X-drive no comparison! U will enjoy UR Audi experience.

2018 Audi A4 allroad review
I use to own a 2014 Allroad with all the bells and whistles. It only had 211HP at that time and it was plenty of power. The thing went like a rocket. Not that I have owned any sports cars in the past. Fast enough to lose your licence if you are not careful. Fast enough to pass 5-8 cars in a row on a single lane highway. Now looking at a Demo 2017 with the newer engine with the higher HP, AWD and newer front seats. The car was fun to drive, good acceleration, good on the highway as well. The AWD system was fantastic on winter roads with proper winter tires not all season garbage. I had two sets of tires and rims and will do it again. The reason I got rid of it in the first place was I needed a vehicle for towing. Now that has passed I am considering the Allroad once again. I really do miss it. Wow how life changes.

Audi of Englewood provides 1st rate service. Sasha, the service advisor was great. She was cordial with excellent communication throughout this service visit. They also had a valet service to drop me off and a pickup to return. The downside is, as you might expect, the labor and parts cost. Thankfully car has been reliable and has only needed routine service.
