The Audi Exchange Highland ParkReviews
The Audi Exchange Highland Park review
Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time and my previous experiences at other Audi dealerships was good. Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for. It literally is the only place I will buy a car moving forward.

Purchased and after interest and extended warranty, paid over 65K for this car. I am a repete customer and this is my 2nd purchase in 4 years from dealership. Noticed a curbed front wheel when I got home that afternoon and upon returning, they told me that they would charge me $150.
2016 Audi A6 review
Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

An truly amazing car with the best technology I have ever seen in an automobile. I am an electrical engineer so I don’t make that claim lightly. The best engineered car I have ever owned. I look forward to driving it whenever I need to go somewhere - a powerful comfortable car that can compete with cars costing much more.

Crest Volvo Cars review
've had Volvo's for the past 20 years and just purchase a 2025 CPO Volvo XC 60 from Crest and I couldn't be happier. My sales person Allison was amazing. She was respectful of my time, professionally worked with me on the deal, no dealer games, no crazy add on's, just a true professional. She even had the car ready for me on my arrival, closing was less than 30 minutes. Tech team member Madeline was also amazing as well. She helped me all my tech settings, and explained all the functions. Just a great experience, best of all, we love our xc60, its smooth, fun, and just a great ride. Crest Management Team please give Allison and Madolyn a big thank you for make this one of the best car buying experience I've ever had. They are truly the best brand ambassadors you could ever have.

Kevin was the best sales advisor I’ve ever worked with. He answered all our questions directly and there was absolutely no pressure. Also, the Motorwerks dealership was very impressive with 4 floors of showroom space plus a large dealer lot and comfortable customer lounge.

I had an amazing first car-buying experience with Tyler Hopkins! He helped me purchase my 2016 Honda CR-V and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and always got back to me in a timely manner whenever I had questions. I really appreciated his communication and how easy he made everything throughout the process. As a first-time car buyer, having someone so helpful and reliable made such a big difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would absolutely recommend Tyler to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you, Tyler, for making my first car-buying experience such a great one! 🚗✨

My A6 2.0 quatro has 110k miles. Still looks great. Have gotten 34.5 mpg on open highways in Pa. Comfortable ride. Leather seats are holding up. This is my second A6.

Audi Hilton Head review
I recently needed my 40k service because many sensors began warning me it was time. I messaged my rep Aimee and she immediately responded and got me scheduled asap. Aimee has been my rep for 3 years and she’s consistently outstanding. I told her, I will stay in an Audi because I love the product but her service and genuine care has had a big impact on my decision to remain an Audi customer. 5 stars Aimee!!

2012 Audi A6 review
I have owned my 2012 A6 Premium 3.0 since new and it is the most wonderful vehicle I have owned or leased. No major failures ever, incredibly fun to drive, reflects the quality built into this car. Always parked outside and the paint and finish are still amazing.

Had an excellent experience with my BMW engine oil service. The staff were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. The pickup and drop-off were arranged perfectly by the team and everything was handled right on time. The car was returned perfectly serviced, vacuum-cleaned, and in excellent condition, with no issues whatsoever. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the smooth, hassle-free service. Great job by the entire team?I?m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend their service!

This is a fun, responsive, reliable, well built car to drive. At over 75K miles now, and I really cannot even consider trading it in because I don't think I will enjoy a better ride.

I almost purchased a vehicle from BMW of Ramsay, and even though I did not, it was still a great experience. Frances, my sales rep, was great. Frances sat with me and we narrowed down myriad options into three discrete choices. Frances was response with texts, and let me take as much time as I wanted in viewing cars.

2021 Audi A6 review
Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

2021 Audi A6 review
Leased the car for looks new in 2021. Now 2023 with 28k miles. Perfect? No. Awful? Hardly. Many recalls but no maintenance issues whatsoever. Biggest complaint is the auto-start stop and that the electronics are quirky (pre-set destinations reset frequently) car is comfortable, quiet, quick, and get OK gas mileage (would assume better with 2.0 4cyl.) I often switch between this and a 2017 Honda Accord and to be honest I can't tell much of a difference other than noise and quickness. Will buy it off lease (got it before the residual values rose exponentially) and will keep it indefinitely.

Stevens Creek BMWReviews
Stevens Creek BMW review
I must start by saying that under normal circumstances, I never review and/or write regarding my experiences. Mr. Von since the get-go (phone & texts) worked as well as listened to our wants and needs. Although we didn't get the 21' sporty tires we wanted (we can purchase at some point I suppose) Ultimately, we got the SUV we wanted and perfect color the wife wanted (Brooklyn Grey). Btw - Von I may text you regarding a few suggestions with accessories! Eric C. Diaz in the Finance Dept. guided us with a swimmingly and smooth process; if there is a such thing when purchasing a luxury vehicle. With attention to detail and patience required going through a plethora of finance/numbers paperwork/signage he was passionate about walking us through with empathy and excitement. For all of this and more to come! Your superb care will not go unnoticed Eric Cahue Diaz! Happy Camper - R. Israel Medina Del Toro & Veronica Vazquez.

This car was absolutely amazing to own and drive. From the slick exterior style, to the classy interior design. Jaw dropping. Many people will mistaken it for a newer model as well. Great drive. Very smooth, and strong. Highly recommend.
