BMW of Buena ParkReviews
BMW of Buena Park review
Thanks to Gregory M. I picked up my custom order 430i this week from BMW Buena Park. We had an issue at first, but Gregory and the Autonation team stepped it up to remedy the error. My visit to pick up my car was perfect. Gregory was great in every way, super friendly, efficient and exemplary at setting up my new ride and explaining as many features as possible. He followed up after the purchase as well to thank me for my business and even answered some additional questions I had setting up some features after I got home. I've purchased A LOT of cars and this was by far a great purchase experience.

Very friendly family owned auto dealership. They were very accommodating with our situation and gave us a fantastic car at a great price. Car looks the same as on-line description and had all the feature that I was looking for.

BMW of Houston North review
I bought both my vehicles at BMW of North Houston a couple of year’s ago. This month I took both cars in for first scheduled service. The appointment setting was easy and Val my advisor did an excellent job getting everything taken care of immediately while keeping me informed. Loved how their tech is seamlessly used to help with giving you a play by play. Loved the purchasing experience and now enjoyed the service experience for my ultimate driving machines.

AutoNation Ford Frisco review
I brought my car in for new brakes and a diagnostic check. Jaime was amazing and honest from the start. He explained the issue clearly without any high-pressure upselling, gave me a fair price quote, and had the car ready on schedule. Highly recommend Frisco AutoNation Service shop for reliable service!

I love this vehicle. Reliable, comfortable, powerful, always feels like it’s capable of delivering more no matter the speed or scenario. Excellent air conditioning in the swealtering Florida sun. Leather holds up extremely well, trim pieces are all still in excellent condition after years of use. Absolute joy and pleasure to drive. Comfort access, premium audio and the technology packages are a must.

Excellent performance and comfort. Rides well, quick and responsive. Hate the run flat tires, but other than that it is wonderful. I would suggest the industry not use run flat tires. Seems to have a shorter life and is a major pain if a flat occurs in a rural area.

BMW of West St. Louis review
I had a great experiencing purchasing my car from BMW of West St. Louis. Dawn D. is an excellent person to work with. My purchase was remote and she acted as my eyes and ears, providing a trustworthy assessment of the vehicle I selected as if it were her own. She answered questions, made a video and was readily available to answer questions leading up to and through the purchasing process. The shipping process was seamless with a fast turnaround time. Armin H. was great on the purchasing side of the process. Extremely detailed and clear on cost, warranties, etc. All around great team to work with!

Great sales service! Very careful and not trying to force in any means. I felt very comfortable along the whole way.
2022 BMW 540 review
I purchased the 540i xDrive with shadowline package in March 2022. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, The vehicle handles very well. Excellent acceleration. I love the option to be able to switch driving element from economy, comfort or sport. Driver assist works great; even on curves. There’s not much back seat room to move your feet, or if you have big feet, but overall a very comfortable vehicle. I can’t think of any other luxury sedan I’d select over it.

I recently worked with S. Snyder and W. Rejouis on my purchase and financing respectively. After ~2 months I can securely say I left with an excellent car bought on reasonable terms. The process is never perfect, but I do want to offer some tips based on my experience: > ask up front if the vehicle is actually Certified Pre-Owned, or just listed as such > if you see any lights, look up what they actually mean and ask the dealer for the specific fix, not just "can you do something"

Smythe Volvo Cars review
I saw a car that I was interested in and called the dealership, Smythe Volvo in Summmit. I spoke to a salesmen, Jesus Garcia. I drove to the dealership to see and test drive the care. Jesus was very accommodating. His warm and kind nature made it easy and comfortable in deciding on the car. When we got back to the office I gave an offer and it was excepted. I picked the car up in two days. I thank Jesus and the finance manager for their time in creating a non hostile situation. Special Thanks!

I love this car. I have the 540 m sport and still get compliments on it almost daily. I got the shadow line option also so it’s blacked out cool

So grateful for Monica—she really cared, understood my needs, and helped me get the perfect BMW.
2019 BMW 540 review
I actually traded a 750i on this car. The 5 is a little smaller, less powerful, and has fewer features. It's also a lot less expensive, it drives better, and in my case it is quieter and has as good of a ride as the 7 did. It comfortably seats 4, 5 can fit, plenty of space in the trunk and it gets excellent mileage for the size of car that it is with a very powerful and smooth engine. I have no complaints. I've had no issues with the car.

BMW of Houston Midtown review
I had a wonderful experience with the BMW service department! The entire team was efficient, quick, and worked so well together to get my car taken care of. A special thank-you to Mr. Bryant, who went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. He did an outstanding job getting the necessary authorizations, arranging for the parts, and making sure my repairs and tire were handled as quickly as possible so I could get back into my own car. I truly appreciated his professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication throughout the process. Mr. Bryant is a tremendous asset to the service department. His care and follow-through made all the difference, and I?m so grateful for his help. Thank you to him and the entire team for providing such exceptional service!
