Motorwerks BMW review
Kevin was the best sales advisor I’ve ever worked with. He answered all our questions directly and there was absolutely no pressure. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone considering buying a BMW. Also, the Motorwerks dealership was very impressive with 4 floors of showroom space plus a large dealer lot and comfortable customer lounge.

BMW of RosevilleReviews
BMW of Roseville review
I had such an amazing experience leasing my new BMW, and I can?t say enough great things about Shaun! From start to finish, he made the entire process seamless, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. What really stood out to me was his exceptional customer service. He was patient, transparent, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. It?s rare to find someone who makes the car-buying experience this easy and enjoyable! I absolutely love my new BMW, and Shaun played a huge part in making the experience so memorable. If you?re in the market for a BMW, do yourself a favor and ask for Shaun! You won?t be disappointed. I?ll definitely be recommending him to everyone I know! ??

Dmitry was very friendly from the start and by that I mean not pushy which could be a turn off. He explained all the details of the car we were interested in. Very patient, he stayed with us the whole process of purchasing the vehicle. I really enjoyed working with him and would definately come back if ever I needed another vehicle. You're the best Dmitry. Thanks for everything.

Best driving BMW. Traded in 2013 550i. Torque, acceleration, & handling of new 540 surpasses my old 550. Could use more interior storage. The seats were slightly more Comfortable in my old 550. So far, I'm impressed with the new 540.

I almost purchased a vehicle from BMW of Ramsay, and even though I did not, it was still a great experience. Frances, my sales rep, was great. Pacific BMWReviews
Pacific BMW review
I had an amazing car-buying experience at Pacific BMW thanks to Bob and James. From the moment I walked into the dealership, both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and patient as we looked at different options. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I found the perfect vehicle without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. James was equally phenomenal, handling the logistics and communication flawlessly. His professionalism, transparency, and friendly attitude turned what is usually a stressful process into an absolute breeze. Even after the sale, his communication has been excellent. If you are looking for a seamless, honest, and top-tier experience at Pacific BMW, I highly recommend asking for Bob and James. They are absolute professionals who truly care about their customers!

It was my first time going to Stevens Creek after years of using Los Gatos Acura ( now Capitol Acura) Although the wait for my turn when I arrived was long, I appreciated the good service and especially that they washed my car before I picked it up. I’ll be going there from now on instead of Capitol Acura.

Suburban Toyota of Troy review
I entered, 23-25 Toyota Camry awd, in search, and the first car that came up I asked to see it, got quick response and appointment. Then I came and did a test drive. Very friendly and patient staff. Then came again for trade in estimate. Less that couple weeks later I did purchase. I do wish there was more literature that could be reviewed, about different plans available, provided prior to final signing.

Transparent, not pushy, and explained all the steps in the process. Looking forward to continuing to do business with Carlos, Joe, and the rest of the team there at Elk Grove BMW. Skipped over 2 closer dealerships to lease my i4 from this team.

The salesman Justin was good. However what comes across on line through the site for pricing and financing do not match what is the actual at the dealership.

AutoNation Ford Gulf FreewayReviews
AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway review
I live about 600 miles from AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway, so all of my communications were by telephone, text, and e-mail. I worked with Myles Fillmer. He was very professional and delivered everything that he promised. I purchased a new Mustang EcoBoost Premium. The contract was handled online with the final paperwork being signed at a local AutoNation Chevrolet dealer. After completing the paperwork, the car was delivered to my home a few days later. Overall, it was a great experience.

BMW, Mini of WichitaReviews
BMW, Mini of Wichita review
I could not have asked for a better purchase experience. Kenny Weber Provided phenomenal service, including multiple videos, answers to my questions, and assistance with getting the best financing rate available. I would encourage anybody looking for a new car or used car to consider reaching out to this dealership as well as this particular salesman.
2022 BMW 540 review
I recently bought a BMW 540i xdrive. It has ample acceleration, excellent handling on curves, a ride that is neither harsh nor floaty, and gets decent mileage. Wind and road noise are well suppressed, and the Harmon-Kardon stereo system is excellent. The built-in navigation system is also the best of those I've experienced. The trunk is adequate for vacation traveling, the rear seat folds, and there is adequate leg room for rear passengers. The only drawbacks are that the car was over-engineered with three different ways of doing almost everything: voice command, iDrive, and touch screen. The owner's manual is available online and in printed format, but the instructions are difficult to find and to follow. There are some features missing in a passenger car in this price and size segment: rear seat temperature control, and passenger seat memory. I also find the standard front seats a little narrow compared to the Volvo I had been driving.

AutoNation Toyota Gulf FreewayReviews
AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway review
I selected the vehicle and in between them, transferring it to their lot lost my credit card and was unable to put down my deposit and they held the car until I got my new credit card in and was able to make the down payment. During that time, they never called and pressured me But stayed in touch every two or three days. I’m very impatient and I made that clear. I wanted to get in and out and not be herded from one group of people to another group of people and so forth and so on. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out with the vehicle was 36 minutes. I purchased a preowned vehicle Which I’ve never done with a dealer and I’m very pleased with the vehicle. My personal experience was Excellent.
