2016 Chevrolet Colorado review
Mine is a 2014, 4 cylinder, WT. The transmission is lazy and won't always shift to the next gear, especially while mountain driving in the Smoky Mountains. It works a little better when I don't use cruise control. City driving gets about 18 mpg, highway driving got up to 28 mpg, even in the mountains. Something went wrong with my lights, which required a Body Control Module replacement which only worked a few days. The second replacement worked 1100 miles then started acting up again. Suddenly, everything started working again at 1600 miles, and still going strong. I don't like the very tiny infotainment screen, but Chevy advised against replacing it with an upgraded version.

I recently purchased a preowned vehicle from Jeremy Ratley at Myrtle Beach Jeep. From the minute I spoke with Jeremy he listened to what I was needing and looking for. He immediately said he knew the vehicle that would fit my needs and budget. This was a tad older, but low mileage As-Is vehicle, but we did agree to place on the We Owe a few items that we both thought were a minor/quick/easy fix that they would take care of after purchase. They immediately set an appointment with me, put me in something to drive and attempted the repairs. A day later they called and I returned to get my vehicle. However, only half the issue was fixed. They asked me to bring it back the next day and I did and again they attempted to fix but no good. So promptly they made another appointment and tried again – this time a very expensive fix. Unfortunately, this too failed to correct the issue. By now I knew they had spent way more time and money attempting to fix the issue than they had planned or that a reasonable business plan would allow. After a productive meeting they agreed to take the vehicle to the manufactures dealer to have them diagnose the issue and I agreed that if they would pay for the diagnosis, I would take care of the fix. We made another appointment and they again put me in a vehicle to drive while they took care of taking the truck to the dealer. This last appointment took much longer than I expected, but when they called and said they had it back, they had already paid for and fixed the truck. This was another not so cheap fix and was above and beyond my expectations. I know dealers get a lot of flack sometimes for not taking care of issues or customers. But my experience with sales, service and upper management was superior and the entire dealership went above and beyond to make the sale right! I want to thank the entire dealership, but especially Jeremy in sales – AWESOME! Lee the Sales Mgr, Tyler in F&I, Jim and Matt in Service, the mechanic Craig and the GM Ryan. If you’re looking for a vehicle and don’t at least stop here and tell Jeremy what your looking for, then you’ve done yourself a big disfavor. My next vehicle purchase will definitely start at Myrtle Beach Jeep and yours should too!

2016 Chevrolet Colorado review
Bought my Colorado from a dealer 2 years ago. I do regular maintenance and knock on wood have had no major problems. I average around 21 MPG which I think isn’t too bad. My only complaints are pretty minor. I’m 6”5 so getting in and out is tight, but once I get in I have pretty decent room. My only other complaint was that I took a road trip and my mileage did not increase much. I also wish the cup holders were a little bigger for my over sized cup of coffee in the morning lol. Overall I’ve been very happy with the truck.

2016 Chevrolet Colorado review
I bought my Colorado new & have kept up all my service on it. Runs great, good gas mileage, for a truck. I don’t like the design of the door panels, nothing fits in them, useless! My foot slips off the brake pedal no matter what shoes I wear! Don’t know if anyone else has this problem. Jim

I recently purchased a Bronco Sport from Serra Ford Rochester Hills. Overall, I had a very good experience with our salesperson, Ryan. He was helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process, and I would definitely give him a high rating. Unfortunately, I was much less satisfied with the financing experience. I had asked about the financing rate earlier in the process and was told that the finance department would go over it with us. When we got to financing, however, I felt that the process was rushed, and the interest rate was never clearly discussed with us. I ultimately realized what rate I had received only after I got home and reviewed the paperwork, and it was higher than I had expected. I was also disappointed that one financing option apparently wasn't checked because the finance manager said my Experian credit file was locked. I had unlocked it, but rather than waiting for that to take effect and checking again, he simply moved forward. I would have appreciated more effort to make sure we were getting the best available financing rate. A significant amount of our time in the finance office was also spent discussing an extended warranty and other coverage. In retrospect, I wish more of that time had been spent clearly reviewing the loan terms, particularly the interest rate, before we signed. I want to emphasize that Ryan was excellent and that my concerns are specifically about the financing portion of the transaction. I’m happy with the Bronco Sport and appreciated Ryan’s help, but I think the dealership could improve the buying experience by making financing options and loan terms much more transparent and giving customers adequate time to understand them before completing the paperwork.

2016 Chevrolet Colorado review
My 2016 has 174K miles on it now. It's been mechanically sound for the most part. As with most high mileage vehicles, things are starting to wear out but it hasn't been anything too costly. The truck has served me well and been very reliable.
