Numerous repairs to the hvac system on this car and fighting to get gm to honor the certified warranty has convinced me to buy a different brand in the future. I learned the hard way that GM Certified is just a marketing tool.
I’m in the middle of a chapter 7 bankruptcy and I have an open car loan. The apr rate was 19.25%! 450 a month car note. I was gonna keep my car because I didn’t want to give it back and have the hassle of trying to find a vehicle and not finding one in time. Well Kevin’s office from Howard sent me a flyer saying that I was preapproved and they could get me in a vehicle! Well I said this is a scam like all other places! It was not! I did the application, went in looked at vehicles.. found a few I liked.. drove them.. picked 1.. financed it and I’m out the door with a new Kia Sportage LX! And I’m happy as can be! Lower car note and lower apr! Did I mention my previous car was a Nissan Sentra? Yeah big upgrade!

Very reliable and safe for trip on the road. Has a nice body and spacious interior. Looking forward to the many options in has to offer.
The most expensive dive keg I ever bought. Game in to get a key made ended up buying a vehicle.Sean was easy going. I wanted to look at the new trucks they showed me one but it was not the trim I wanted. They found another and did a dealer trade.we wrapped up the deal relatively quick. Car salesmen have a bad reputation and I think there's some truth in why they do. However Sean and the folks at wickstrom were not pushy, in fact they were laid back and let things happen at the pace I chose. Never felt pressured. The folks there did their job without all the pushy BS that you expect to get when you go to buy a car. I looked on truecar and had sales people calling me constantly like fresh blood in shark infested waters. Give wickstrom an opportunity they won't harass you they'll help you out.

This car has costed me more than I’ve paid for it. Every time the light goes out they have to completely take off the bumper which costs you more.
Luciano is a person very dedicated to his work, is attentive, listens to your needs, answers all your questions, gives you options, the most important thing for him is that you leave happy with what you buy.

Not great. This car has given me headache after headache. The steering keeps popping. I have trouble with the paint chipping since day 1. The heater had problems within 2 months. Now, at 36,000 miles, the car interior is leaking from the windshield. on a trip the battery for the auto stop did not work after a long trip on the expressway.
Just picked up a new 2019 Chevy Equinox from the only salesman that gets my business (Tony Volturo)! I've lost count on the number of Vehicles I've purchased from Tony but the process is always a breeze and I'm in and out with the best possible deal every time so I will be a customer for life!

This car is no worse than other cars in this price range. It lacks individual style as it resembles other cars from competitors too. Its technology is glitchy, I have had to pull over multiple times to "fix" the infotainment center" , its features lack fluent design and are poorly engineered. I don't think this car is any worse than other cars out there, in its price range. But if your looking for a car that defines you as an individual, this cookie cutter car probably is not the one.
Came in to lease a 2017 Cruze. I had been in 2 years prior and had a great experience. This time was no different. They offered a hassle free experience. They were also fair with pricing. Looking forward to having my vehicles serviced and my next lease in a few years. Thanks to all for a wonderful leasing experience.

Just bought this used 207 Chevy Malibu. Was previously a rental car so it was pretty well maintained. Had 41k miles. My only problems with it is that the autostop engine feature doe not have a disabling mechanism. I do t have the choice to use it or to disable it. And the gas seems to go pretty fast but the tank is pretty small so it makes sense and I life in a big city.

This is one of the best cars I have ever owned as it is a money saving car that has great space for my kids and to top it off it looks great!

This car is comfortable and has lots of room for my grandkids to ride in. I love this car . It is nice looking and rides so smooth with great gas mileage.
I worked with With Emily back in August to replace my truck, she was great. This week my mom needed to replace her car. Since I had such a good experience working with Emily I went back to work with her again. She was great, she helped us find a 2017 with low mileage that was a good fit for what my mom was looking for. Great milage, bad traction & inadquate headlights

The worst front wheel drive car I've ever had. Lost traction at slow speed just in the rain! Lousy headlights, very difficult to see at night. Comfortable seating, but everyone had difficulty getting out - car sits too low. Paid a lot for it used, but doesn't hold value. Had a lot of recalls. Experienced more repairs than any other car. Large trunk but small opening, so could not fit anything deeper than a small cooler. Test drove the Impala prior to the Malibu - they both make a big clunk, like there is a log rolling around in the back during sudden stops. Would never recommend either car.
They answered my request for availability of the Lexus GS 350 promptly. They were also courteous and helpful in trying to set an appointment time for me considering the distance I would have to travel to get there. Very helpful.

Just bought, best used car I’ve ever had. Rides really smooth. Very roomy interior. It’s the limited edition and nicer than some very pricey luxury cars .
This dealership was great overall! I worked with both Joe and Ryan and both were very professional with outstanding customer service. Joe helped me in picking the right car within my price range as well as the features I was looking for. I was VERY satisfied with my 2017 Chevy Cruze LT. Ryan in financing was great, he helped me get the best deal as well as give me financial advice that really helped close the deal for me. These two together gave me the confidence in buying from this dealership, it's no wonder they have a lot of repeated buyers, my family included.
Water leaks into trunk

Mfg nor dealership will take responsibility for mfg default with water leaking into trunk. Constantly sopping water out with towel. Sealant tape is cracking and showing signs of rot. Water builds up arounf extra battery on driver side behind tail light. Nice ride, descent mileage(not good avg 24). Ive had two diagnostics done. One by dealership they waived 125$, another frebbie by auto body shop. Im having to lay in trunk while raining and storming trying to pin point leak. Can hardly wait to get my FORD ranger going and get rid of this black mold collecting vehicle.
It was nice to meet with Steve who has a lot of knowledge about the vehicle and also his experience let us know more about the car. So glad that you have such a wonderful people working in the dealer. It is. Nice experience

It’s a great car, fun to driver very comfortable. I love the sunroof and these power seats are the best I’ve ever had. There is a lot of room for all of my passengers.

This was our second car purchase from Mike and we were just as happy this time as we were last time. Our first time we met Mike we almost bought from him. We were going through financing and then decided to not buy. We felt bad for how it went down. A few months later we returned. We were a bit worried that how things went the first time might affect how he would treat this time. Well he was great and went through with a purchase of a Pacifica. It took a few trips because we have 3 kids and Mike was patient and very understanding. This last purchase took a total of 2 hours and we again are totally pleased . He has very good product knowledge and listens to what we want. We like his down to earth demeanor and that he isn???t pushy. We have given his name out to several of our friends and hopefully he will get a few sales from them. Finding a car salesman who is honest and not just out for the sale is hard to do. Mike is that kind of person. Thank you again Mike and we will be back when we need another vehicle.

I really like my Malibu but I had a pretty serious accident with it. Went to pull into a parking spot & accidentally hit the cruise control & car took off like a rocket! I had zero brakes, scariest 10 seconds of my life! I’m only 30 something & trust me, I hit the brakes hands were black & blue from grabbing stearing wheel trying to stop Vehicle! Had 8k worth of damage & the life scared out of me! No other issues but be aware of this! It could safe your life!
