He had to wait a couple of weeks for me to work out the money end on my deal with no pressure from him. I visited another dealership, but immediately felt pressured and uncomfortable. That experience reminded me of how EJ had treated me and that was with respect, kindness, and absolutely no pressure. I knew that if I was going to purchase a vehicle, I wanted to go back to EJ. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I never felt like he was simply trying to make a sale. I truly felt like he wanted to make sure I was making the right decision for myself. I had been waiting a long time for this purchase, and I am so glad I chose to work with EJ. He made the entire experience comfortable, positive, and exciting. EJ is not your typical pushy salesperson. He is professional, trustworthy, patient, and genuinely cares about his customers. Radley Chevrolet is fortunate to have him, and I would absolutely recommend EJ to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

He took me down to show me the service department extremely clean and orderly compared to others I’ve seen cannot recommend this dealership enough from the people to the honesty this is where you want to be. Cannot thank Michael more for his help and was fortunate to work with him. Anthony in finance was also very warm and welcoming and made the process quick and effortless.

2024 Ford Edge review
2024 is the last year of this two-row SUV. Though it is built on an older design/platform, the Edge is the perfect commuting vehicle. The Edge gets great gas mileage and handles extremely well. The AWD system works well and from past experience with the Edge, we know it handles terrifically in inclement weather. We were able to custom order an SEL with very specific options. We loved that Ford allowed a la carte ordering and we were able to get all the extras we wanted. We are averaging over 30MPG with a couple of thousand miles on the vehicle. The Edge weighs a lot for such a compact crossover, but that’s why we like it safe and hugs the road very well. Plenty of space for a 2-row crossover, offering both excellent passenger comfort and storage capacity. We highly recommend the 2024 Edge to those needing a reliable crossover, a daily commuter, or a safe small family hauler. Consumer Reports absolutely loves this vehicle, and as a 3x owner through the years, I can confirm the reasons why CR loves the Edge. It’s been a great run for the Edge, one of the greatest crossovers ever built.

And I also like even when I’m there just for an oil change Ed ALWAYS comes by and says hello and then goes and see how they how much time that’s left to finish my oil change. How sales guys do that at other dealers. Sean the general manager I can’t say enough about him he’s honest and truthful. And stands by his word. Kevin the finance manager is just like Sean honest and trustworthy. This is the reason I will only be buying my vehicles from Mike Castrucci Chevy in Milford Ohio. Did I mention that I live in Kentucky where I have tons on dealers around but I will always travel to Mike Castrucci because they stand by there product and the customer service is the better in greater Cincinnati. Also I forgot to mention the service department THE whole team are always friendly and helpful.

I live in California and bought a truck from these guys sight unseen, 1,400 miles away. I emailed fifteen dealers around the country looking for a very specific configuration. Nine of them couldn’t answer a direct question in five days. Craig Johnson answered four of mine in about ninety minutes, in writing, including the ones most salespeople dodge.. Andrew Johnson sent me three of the four things I’d asked for before I even followed up, and he coordinated the whole pickup with my transporter. Lisa in finance took on a cash purchase titled to an LLC and registering in California, which is the annoying version of that job. When I came back with questions on the paperwork she didn’t get defensive, she just fixed it and had a corrected set out the same day. Best price in the country on the truck I wanted, and the only dealership out of fifteen that would just answer the questions. If you’re out of state and hesitating, don’t.
