We already had a 2016 S model that was trouble free for 4 years and currently 48k miles. I replaced my spare car with the 2013 SEL AWD loaded like a Titanium. After 2 years it has been fantastic. Only trouble was 2 bad rear wheel speed sensors. Cost me $54 in parts to replace myself. Many 250 mile interstate round trip drives and never an issue. It had 62k miles when I bought it with full documentation of all minor repairs and maintenance. Regardless of reviews I got a good one. Check the history, check out before you buy, and you can find a good one like I did. They are not all bad.

The service was great and fast. There was not extra add-ons that some dealership try to get you to buy.

I bought this car from someone with 35k miles on it. Keep in mind it is a 2011. I have had no problems at all. I love the car. It looks great and surly runs so well.

This is my second Ford Escape. My first was a 2003. I loved both. I purchased my 2013 in mid-2012 and special ordered it for the color (Red). I have the 2.0 liter engine, which is important. The smaller engine has been prone to fires and other problems but not the 2.0. I have had minor recalls for things like a seatbelt and something else. I love the color, I am happy with how it performs. I was a little concerned about performance when I bought it because it is a 4.0 cylinder and I had been driving 6 cylinder engines prior to this purchase. Not an issue. My only one complaint is that it said it got better gas mileage than it does. However, I have gone from driving a lot of freeway miles when it did perform better to now driving locally and maybe using a tank of gas a month.

Purchased a GMC Yukon from Koons and had an overall good experience. Sales and the Mgmt section were very kind and reasonable when I took the vehicle back for an issue with a windshield sensor. They resolved the problem and replaced the part in a short period. I would recommend the dealership to others as they go out of their way to help the consumer.

I bought my 2018 escape se with 41,000 miles. It’s was a gold certified pre owned vehicle with a 60,000 mile warranty. It’s currently sitting at 86,000 miles and has spent no time in the shop other than basic maintenance and brakes. It runs, drives, and handles beautifully and that 1.5 ecoboost has plenty of power. Highly recommend this vehicle. We absolutely love our Escape!

I was pleasantly surprised when i picked up the car today. This is a Ford Escape SEL 2018. It was immaculately cleaned. Lots of trunk space, I really enjoy the leather seats. Jere law at Varsity Lincoln Ford in Novi is an incredible salesman. He made sure that everything was taken car of for me. He really took the time to make sure i was happy. This is my first time owning a SUV. I am very happy with the service and dedication.

I bought my 2018 Titanium Escape about 2 years ago with about 32000 miles. Now two years later I have just hit 46000 miles. At first I had some warranty work that had to be taken care of. Display on the HVAC had numbers out, the sync 3 was completely crazy and it had a bubble in the paint on the lower inside drivers door. All work was completed. The dealer service was outstanding. No hassles . Like any new car to you, the Escape took time to learn where and what all the features were. The Titanium has A LOT of bells and whistles. It took many reads of the owners manual to figure out what they were. Now that I've learned I am very pleased. Things like Lane corection, adaptive Cruise control, blind spot monitoring and a dozen more features are very useful. It has auto park and to be honest I don't use it , but it has it so I had to try it out, and it works like a charm. Many people I know have that feature on their cars, but have never tried it. The interior is nice, except I don't like the seat back configuration with a bulging pillow top along the seat back. It's all for show but a pain in the back for many people. Ford, get wise and build for comfort , not show. The extra large windshield is great. Best forward viability I have seen in modern vehicles. Heater controls are hard to identify . They are mounted low and in a dark area that requires the driver to take his eyes off the road. So that's the negative. And I'm being picky. This SUV is fun to drive, sure footed and comfortable. 2.0 turbo has guts and the fuel mileage is acceptable for this amount of power. Quality of interior parts is above average, as is the quality of the leather seats. All windows are express which is handy. Puddle lights on the front doors are helpful when coming up to the car at night. The keypad entry is nice when you're outside and don't have your keys but want to get in the car. The hands free rear tailgate is great! I use it nearly every day. The sun visors that slide to give you protection from the sun when it's shinning in the side window is a winning feature. The Sync 3 system is great! Ford got it right. It's fast, accurate and voice commands work very well. When I bought this Escape I liked it. Now two years later I love it. I'm not a Techie guy, just a 75 year old retiree who is willing to adapt to modern Ideas

This vehicle was my sons first car that he saved up and helped pay for. The performance material on seats was nice to have the heated seat option with it. My son totaled his Escape after rear ending a car at a red light going over 45 mph. The car kept him safe and he walked away with no injuries. I was impressed with how safe this car kept my son and am thankful. We had no mechanical issues during the time he was driving it before the accident. It was fairly expensive for a small used car but it is mighty.

We leased this 2011 Escape brand new and bought it at the end of the lease. It is older body style with the fold flat seats. I loved it for its versatility. The back seats folded flat which was great for taking my dogs with me everywhere we went. It was also great for hauling stuff. This may have been my favorite car of all time. I sold it with 110,000 miles.

The Ford Escape Titanium is not a Cadillac, or race car, but it's not priced like either as well. This car will serve the purposes we need, and wanted. AWD, plenty of goodies, high enough for comfort, but not to high.

We just bought a 2020 Ford Escape it has 22,000 miles. It has been a great car so far. It has allot of leg room and head room, I am 6 ft tall, so I like that about it. It has plenty of zip on the highway and good gas mileage, no regrets on our purchase so far.

I had previous great experience with Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg so I contacted them regarding research about a Ford Bronco Sport. I was treated with great care like a member of the family. Even though I now live in North Carolina, you wouldn’t know it by how quickly a car was located that fit exactly what I wanted. I first worked with Armik who sincerely and honestly answered my thousand questions. I am a widow and never bought a car by myself. Armik was super patient and caring, guiding me through the process. Joe entered the conversations as we narrowed down “the car” and worked out the details together with Armik. They evaluated my trade online and made arrangements to deliver my car and to get the trade back to Sheehy. Whew! I did not want a five hour drive on I-95. Mind you. This only started on Monday and was finalized on Tuesday with delivery on Saturday morning. I was thankful I could be so confident in the price and details. My wonderful Bronco Sport OBX in Area 51 blue was delivered today complete with lessons how to use the features. Justin, the delivery driver was fun to meet and very knowledgeable. What’s more, both Joe and Armik continued the family care by offering to be contacted with any questions beyond the showroom floor. What a gracious offer! I could not be happier with my adorable new car and the entire experience with the Sheehy experts. I would give 10 stars if I could. Much gratitude. Be sure to get the Titanium model with the larger engine. It is a joy to drive, to start remotely on a cold winter morning, and to use the GPS to find almost anything. I especially like the warning lights that show cars on either side. It is a great car.

Bought the vehicle in December of 2020. First new car I've bought in over 20 years. Absolutely love this vehicle. Great gas mileage. 3 cylinder, turbo that has some is powerful. Great back up camera and love the big screen display for the radio. Easy to reach controls. Easy to reach cup holders. Plenty of room inside, don't feel cramped. Rides smooth for such an economical car.

Great AWD hybrid option. Nice tech features but not too much. Like the app. Comfy accommodations. Plastic door panels look like cheap crocs though. Otherwise: Recommended!
