Thanks to Solomon, Sales Manager, Finance Manager and Service Advisor Anthony for everything. Their dedication to the customer service is phenomenal. Solomon worked very diligently to make sure my deal got done. It was a miracle with all the challenges that came with it due to my credit situation but it took a village to make things happen. Also I would like to thank Marion for following up on me about the truck and services that came with it. I will highly recommend people to visit the store to get the utmost experience. Again thank you for everything El Dorado. You guys rock.

AutoNation Ford Frisco review
I was I. The market for a used Mustang. I did do my research before hand. I think David knew that I was focused on one thing and he accommodated me. He answers all my questions. The financial guy seemed to be a little out of it and “tired” which was a little off putting. Over all I found what I wanted. The service in the back end was a little slow.
2018 Ford Expedition Max review
We are a tall family and tried every single vehicle on the market before finding the roomy max and falling in love. Plenty of legroom in all 3 rows for over 6-footers like us, plus plenty of room to haul our Costco loads. Have only owned for less than a week, so can't speak to long- term, but we drove 1400 miles on Route 66 and were all very comfortable. Plenty of cupholders for everyone and phone chargers as well.

Bob Tomes FordReviews
Bob Tomes Ford review
We had such a great experience with Joseph Johnson at Bob Tomes Ford. Joseph recently took over our account after the person we had previously been working with was no longer there. When we came in, we were told our balance was over $900 because of work that had been done but had not actually been approved by us. Joseph took the time to talk with management, go back through everything with my husband, and make sure we were only charged for the work my husband had actually authorized. What stood out most was Joseph repeatedly saying, “That’s what’s fair,” and, “If it were me, that’s what I would want done.” That really says everything about the kind of person he is. He could have simply told us what the balance was and moved on, but instead he advocated for us and made sure we were treated fairly. We are incredibly appreciative of his honesty, integrity, and willingness to do the right thing. Bob Tomes Ford is very fortunate to have Joseph, and we are so thankful he is the one taking care of our account now. Highly recommend asking for him!

A great and positive process of purchasing a vehicle. Received a fair quote from the dealership. Called back in a few days and they honored the quote. The original salesperson was sick so Edgar stepped in and completed a professional and honest sale. Finance office offered add ons but there was no tricks or high pressure nonsense. Recommend El Dorado. (but don't guarantee anything)

Auto Merchants Inc. review
A Truly Exceptional Car Buying Experience with Ray Fuentes at Auto Merchant! From start to finish, my experience at Auto Merchant was nothing short of outstanding — and that’s all thanks to Ray Fuentes. Car buying can often be stressful, but Ray made the entire process smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, Ray greeted me with professionalism and genuine kindness. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never once made me feel pressured. His deep knowledge of the inventory and the auto industry as a whole gave me complete confidence in my decision. Ray went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible and walked me through every step of the financing and paperwork process with ease. It’s rare to find someone so committed to customer satisfaction — he truly cares about his clients and it shows. I left Auto Merchant not only with a beautiful new car but also with a great sense of trust and gratitude. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Ray Fuentes. His professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service set a new standard for what a car buying experience should be. Thank you, Ray, and the Auto Merchant team, for making this such a positive and memorable experience!

Auto Merchants Inc. review
I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.

Auto Merchants Inc. review
Just bought a car from Ray today, and I honestly can’t say enough fabulous things about the entire experience! Ray handled everything from start to finish, truly listened to my needs and budget, and helped me find a fabulous vehicle that was perfect for me. The whole process was smooth, easy, and stress-free, thanks to Ray. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and taken care of. If you’re looking for a vehicle, Ray is absolutely the #1 person to ask for! I highly recommend him! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hi Line MotorsReviews
Hi Line Motors review
Hiline Motors, located in Dallas, Texas, provided me with one of the best experiences I have ever had with a car dealership. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The car I purchased, a Mercedes SL 63 AMG, was in perfect condition and impeccably clean. Gabe and his team went above and beyond all my expectations. Despite having to fly in to make the purchase, I left the dealership feeling confident and secure in my decision, knowing I was in the hands of a completely competent and professional staff. Thanks, Hi Line Motors From soup to nuts this was an easy transaction.
2020 Ford Expedition Max review
Nice, large truck, well appointed and equipped. Haven't had it long, just getting to know it. Technology is hard to access at this stage; hope it gets easier. It's complicated. The aluminum body is great.

Karma DFW PlanoReviews
Karma DFW Plano review
Karma DFW was very responsive. I was interested in a 928 GTS but it turned out to have an automatic transmission. The write up had stated it was a manual transmission but the pics included showed it was an automatic transmission. Karma DFW verified it was an automatic. I was looking for a manual transmission.

Utter Family of Dealerships review
Great experience, no hassle and very nice people. I will try them again the next time I need a car.
2019 Ford Expedition Max review
We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.

Traded an F-350 Tremor. While the truck could not be beat we needed a softer ride as our needs changed. The ride is outstanding and the handling is superb. The interior space is such a welcome asset. Thanks to Ford for a great product.

The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.

2024 Ford Expedition Max review
Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

Midway Auto Group review
While car shopping is never a fun experience, working with Laura Diaz was great. She was personable, helpful, friendly, and never pushed me to do something I didn’t want to. She made helpful recommendations, worked with me to find a vehicle that would work for my budget, and even if I asked a question she didn’t immediately know the answer to, she made sure to find out the answer for me. Highly recommend working with Laura to find a vehicle that’s right for you!
