2021 Ford Explorer review
The ford explorer is an outstanding suv. The new design in 2020 is stylish and the rear wheel drive/4 wheel drive option is state of the art. The ecoboost engines are economical and extremely powerful. Ford dealers are everywhere! Ford parts are common and easy to obtain! I looked at the competitors. Front wheel drive is not suitable for trucks in my opinion. The handling of a rear wheel drive vehicle is outstanding. I actually have a 2022 platinum with the 3.0 v6 and this 2021 base with the 2.3 4 cylinder. Happy with each!!!

High-end cars. The kind that require specialists, not generalists. Munich Motors has serviced all of them, and when my Mercedes-Benz suffered a catastrophic cylinder head failure at 40,000 miles — the engine effectively melted itself from the inside — there was never a question about where it was going. But let me be honest with you, because a review that leaves out the journey in favor of the destination is just advertising. The payment experience was unusual, to put it charitably. First a thousand dollars to hold the rebuilt engine I would need. Then a call — an additional four thousand to actually secure it. Then, five weeks later, the balance in full before the keys came back. The structure of it was incremental in a way that felt designed to soften the blow of a number that was going to land hard regardless of how it arrived. I showed up to settle the final balance with a friend alongside me. I want to note that. I note it without elaboration, and I trust that anyone who has navigated a large, unfamiliar transaction in an environment where they were uncertain of their footing will understand exactly what I mean. Then the car came home. And then the fuel line broke. Tow. Back to the shop. Then something else. Tow charges accumulate. Inconveniences accumulate. The grotesque mathematics of a repair process that should have ended cleanly kept finding new chapters to write. And through every single one of them, Anthony was exceptional. Communicative, professional, transparent — the kind of person who calls you before you have to call him. Who explains what happened and why without making you feel like the explanation is the product he's selling. He informed me through each subsequent failure with a clarity and steadiness that, frankly, is rarer in this industry than a functioning cylinder head. The final chapter: my Mercedes-Benz runs perfectly. Perfectly. Munich Motors specializes in high-performance European vehicles and they are, without qualification, among the best in Phoenix at what they do. I would bring my cars back without hesitation — and I will. Go in with your eyes open. Ask every question. Get the full number up front if you can. 2020 Ford Explorer review
I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I took a chance and I AM totally satisfied with the service Mike kept Istrate open and honest and I walked out with a 2021 Toyota Camry. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone. Overall great used car buying and trade in experience. They had no issues with a mobile PPI checking the vehicle. There was room to negotiate the out the door price with little hassle. Never felt pressured to buy the car or in general. They also have the option to complete most if not all paperwork online. They offered a fair price for my trade in as well considering Kelly Blue Book values. I worked with Irvin for most of the purchase process. He was laid back and easy to talk with both in e-mail and over the phone. He kept straight to the point and answered all of my questions and concerns. Once again no pressure. He was very amiable in person. I worked briefly with Aaron(I'm sorry if I got your name wrong!) for finance and paperwork. He was quite friendly and easy to talk with as well. He didn't pressure me into any extra packages but informed me on all I was interested in. Both of them wanted to make sure I was well informed before making any choices. My only complaint was that I spent a bit longer in the dealership than I planned, but it was an understandable oversight as well as a little funny. I don't see it being a regular issue for most customers and not enough of a problem to dock a star. Overall very nice experience. I recommend the dealership in general and working with Irvin if you get the chance.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

My Honda Clarity Touring 2018 was hit by lighning 2 weeks ago (it is more than likely destroyed). I DID NOT want a new car. Art Bogos was steadfast in getting me in a immaculate pre owned certified 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L. I came to the dealership with a pre approved check from a credit union with TIER 1 credit, Cody Monica fought tooth and nail to get me an even LOWER APR than what one of the most renowned credit unions in the state could offer to me. I had deals from other dealerships for the same car, and every step of the way John Wilkes fought to get me the absolute LOWEST price attainable; so much that other dealerships were astonished at the site of the price I got only at Lester Glenn Honda in Sea Girt. Ask not what you should go through when you go to dealership to purchase a vehicle, ask what THEY should be doing for you to make a deal happen. I look forward to servicing my vehicle at this stellar estabilishment, and will unequiviocally reccomend ANYONE in my personal life to check Lester Glenn out for the forseable future. * Found our truck online and received an almost immediate email and text response to schedule a test drive. We loved how fast and seamless their website and communication system was. * Justin was friendly, answered our questions, followed up over the weekend, and made the buying process easy. * We appreciated that there was no pressure when we chose to finance through our local credit union and purchase our extended warranty elsewhere. * Our pickup appointment was at 3:30, but we waited about 50 minutes before meeting with Jake in finance. Once we met with Jake, he was friendly, informative, and made the paperwork process smooth. * Our biggest disappointment was learning after closing that the truck only came with one key fob. We had asked Justin if there were two when we arrived, and he said he didn't know. Later, we found out the paperwork listed the $200 pre-negotiated discount as being for the missing key fob. That was never explained during negotiations. We had assumed the $200 was simply part of the purchase negotiation we had requested. Our local GM dealer quoted us $500–$600 for a replacement key fob, so this was frustrating. Had we known upfront that only one key was included, we would have tried to negotiate that separately. * By the time we finished, Justin was helping another customer, so we didn't receive a walkthrough of the truck's features before leaving or have a chance to ask any final questions to him. * Overall, we're very happy with the truck. The dealership is beautiful, everyone we worked with was friendly, and we'd gladly shop at Lenz Truck Center again. Better communication about the missing key fob and a more complete vehicle delivery are the reasons for our 4-star review. We left feeling disappointed by how the key fob situation was handled and wished the delivery had ended on a warmer, more complete note.
2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

My only issue is that the directional tires were put back on the vehicle in the wrong direction on the pdi…drove home before noticing the error. As a tech myself that is a pretty obvious error that shouldn’t happen ever.
2020 Ford Explorer review
I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

I was in from out of state for work. Car breaks down. (Battery just wore down after 4 - 5 years.) I was stuck. Technology these days limits the "just drop in a new battery" mindset of days past - or I would have. It seems "extra", but if I could give the service team at Morries 6 or 7 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. Not only were they able to quickly get me on my way, but the "white glove" service that they provided throughout the process was unlike any that I have experienced from a service team at any dealership. From Eric, to Steve, to Zach - each one of the team members took time to listen to my questions, answer thoughtfully, and provide additional solutions and suggestions for down the road. Since I live a couple of states away, I did not buy my vehicle from Morries. But I can tell you this --- it I lived anywhere close to Minneapolis, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment. 2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Wanted to leave this review letting everyone know if you can get to this dealership DO IT. My wife and myself drove 10 hours one way from Virginia Beach to get a beautiful 2003 Silverado 1500 with 77000 miles on it. We also traded in are 2022 kia Sportage AWD so we wouldn't have another car payment. Before we got to the dealership we talked about how much the full purchase price would be and if they would be able to at least pay off the KIA. We send in a video of the car and they said minimum they would pay off the KIA. The price they told me was the price I paid . They didn't change it on me . They paid us more then what we owed for are Kia even though they didn't have too. We have boughten 4 brand new cars in Virginia Beach and 3 used ones in are life time. When it comes to getting another used car I will be going through these guys regardless of we're I live. #respect to everyone that worked there. You guys got customers for life from us. So if you want a hassle free , great reliable car. We're the dealership puts you guys first before making maximum money I advise you go to this dealership even if you're driving far. We did 10 hours there 11 back home and we couldn't be happier. Thx again to everyone that helped us . Jeff are sales men , John the financial guy and there GM Ed thank you guys again for everything you guys got customers for life. And Don Sitts should be proud of the great employees they got. Also I'm a us army veteran and my wife is an active duty us Navy sailor going on 16 years. They went above and beyond for us. If I could give 10 stars I would.
2023 Ford Explorer review
This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

2021 Ford Explorer review
I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.
