I dealt with Joe in the service department. Joe was very accommodative for my wishes. I had scratches on my right front wheel. Joe was able to find someone to repair it. My only feedback on the repair was that it was slightly more than Joe originally quoted ($200 vs. $175). Also, which was nice, he suggested I come back in the spring to re-do the wheel and an extra wheel if needed. However, I didn't see any record of that accommodation on my sales receipt. Obviously my concern is when I call in the spring, will this repair still be honored. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the ability to have a loner (GLC which my wife is interested in). I had an appointment originally scheduled for a Monday at 10am but I was told at 8am that they had to cancel it because a mechanic called in sick. I informed them that I took off work for this appointment so they offered me a loaner and told me to pick it up on Tuesday before 845p and they will work on my vehicle on Wednesday morning. I was also told that I didn't have to worry about returning it with the full tank of gas that it had in it. Melissa text me almost daily to give me an update on my vehicle. She was always very professional, helpful and accommodating. My vehicle was serviced for a whole week and when she text me that it was ready she said they cleaned it up for me and I didn't have to pay the usual $100 deductible. I also had a thank you card waiting from Melissa and a small gift. This is the best service I have ever received in the 20 years I have owned vehicles. I love this dealership and will be back to purchase another Lincoln within the next couple of years and will have all of my services done here.

I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.
The wait time is the worst. I have to wake up extra early every time I need to get an oil change trying to be the first in line. But the people are great! They try to help make your wait comfortable. They have free coffee and popcorn in the waiting area. I purchased my vehicle from this dealer less than a year ago and have been getting it serviced here since then.
Thanks Kat and Robert for your help during the purchase of my new car. Spending a lot of money is very stressful, but I feel good about how everything went and that I learned more about the intricate process, which helped me to understand why it takes time.
