Okay, this is an older facility without all the excesses that are in so many new dealerships. I believe that the lower overhead results in a lower price for the customer. My sales person, Lou Margetis, was outstanding in answering my questions, making sure that I got to look at and drive all the vehicles that I was interested. Working with Lou, and Timothy Goodman, the New Car Director, I got what I thought was an excellent price on a new Kona SEL Plus, much better than any other Hyundai dealership. Then, Timothy Goodman made sure that I was taking advantage of all the Hyundai specials, and another $1000 came off - wow, now I had a deal that I could not refuse. I bought the Kona and drove it home that evening. Then, a few days later, Katarina, their customer relations specialist followed up, and was very helpful in answering a few questions and was sincerely interested that everything went well. It was an awesome experience, and I highly recommend this dealership. Finally, I was also very impressed that this dealership was taking the Covid-19 issue very seriously and making sure everyone was safely taken care of.

We were very pleased with our experience. Don was very quick to return my initial communication. He explained the procedure for us meeting and had the car ready for our examination. All care was taken to insure the cleanliness and contamination free condition of the car. The procedure for purchasing the car was smooth and followed social distancing standards. The whole experience was quite quick and everyone was friendly. The Salesperson answered all my questions and also showed me a few things I did not know about the truck. Financing agent was friendly, it did take a couple of tries for us to come to an agreement on the amount, interest, and length. Great options for warrantee coverage! I only have a very minor comment. The detailing was a little light which is not too big of a deal for me since I go through and reclean everything to my standards. I will definitely buy from here again if the opportunity arises in the future! Thank you

He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. A great and positive process of purchasing a vehicle. Received a fair quote from the dealership. Called back in a few days and they honored the quote. The original salesperson was sick so Edgar stepped in and completed a professional and honest sale. Finance office offered add ons but there was no tricks or high pressure nonsense. I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow! I went to Patt Lobb Toyota yesterday to get the 5k service done on my Grand Highlander Hybrid. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. I was only the second person in line to check out, but the receptionist called another employee over to help me. The atmosphere there is always upbeat and I can tell the employees are happy. Hats off to the GM/leadership there as it starts from the top. A+
