We went to the dealership to look at a used Gennisis sedan with only 25000 miles on it. After looking at the car we decided against it and began looking at the new flagship from Toyota. We purchased a 24 Crown, what a car. We had it for about 15 months now. No problems with it. The people we worked with were all very nice and pleasant. We've had the car serviced 1 time after about a year. The service people are nice as well. The one thing we are dissatisfied with is the navigation system. It shut off after a year and you have to purchase a subscription at a minimum of 15$ a month. We planned for this to be our last car purchase as we are seniors. So over the years it's going to cost us a few thousand dollars if we want navigation in our almost 60,000$ car. Boo Toyota, the top of the line should have a permanent navigation system. In comparison we have an 2017 Accura MDX that has a navigation system that doesn't require a on going subscription. I'm not sure if other Toyota models navigation system shuts down after a year but if they do the sales people should provide that info up front.
2021 GMC Terrain review
READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

2022 GMC Terrain review
Taking it on road trip Oklahoma to Key West Florida w/ stopover in Tennessee. I am getting 30 mpg running 75 mph. It handled like a dream going through Smokie mt. I was getting 32 mpg there. I like the ride on the interstates & I love the adaptive cruise control.

I can honestly say that with Jenkins service experience was better in every way than any of the car manufacturers and dealerships I mentioned. What a great dealership. The beautiful new waiting area was fantastic with internet, a cafe and large screen TV's. Everyone was clearly well trained and knew how customers should be teated. Keep up the great work. My experience at the nearby Ford dealership with their condescending, good ol' boy mentality made me never want to deal with them, ever, again. Then, the nearby Toyota dealership was underhanded in a way I had not thought possible. However, Billy exceeded any expectation I ever had. And after working with Billy, I will never go anywhere EVER again!!! The experience of buying my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Billy as my salesperson was so great that I have actually *told* people: Go see Billy! He will treat you right! To be clear, I am not that kind of person, and I have never done this sort of thing - THIS is how strongly I feel about Billy as a salesperson. He was no-pressure, but not in an "I don't care" kind of way. *It felt intentional that he didn't want to stress me out.* Additionally, he explained things to me and waited for an indication I understood (I am a teacher so this matters) before moving to the next explanation. Maybe most of all, he was kind to the man in my life who might be seen as an old white guy (he is, but not in the stereotypical way. But Billy was kind to him, and I am sensitive to exclusionary behavior. I want whoever is reading this to know that Billy and Federico will have my business for a long time.

2019 GMC Terrain review
I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

2019 GMC Terrain review
I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.

I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

I found it odd buying an preowned Infiniti at a Toyota dealership but couldn't be happier really, found what I was looking for exactly. Presale condition of car was excellent. 2024 GMC Terrain review
The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.
