Our sales person was Hector and the experience of purchasing a car through Volkswagen Honda is one of the best experiences that I???ve ever had and I would most definitely buy another car there again Hector was great

Reason I bought was due to Shawn Waara briefing me well regarding Ferrari I had not seen.Shawn repeatedly sent pictures of things I wanted to know regarding car such as Navigatiin , year of manufacture label etcetera
The staffs were not friendly like I read others comment on Cars.com app. I do not write their name but he and his friend does not have good attitude with me. My car had got problem immediately after I drove out without warranty. Almost dealer always have police of warranty for new car and use cars, too. One of the staffs said with me that ' If you do not have a intention to buy, do not waste my time when he takes me to see my car. After that, I have to spend my money to repair my car at the dealer which manufacture my car.
Shawn did an excellent job assisting me in buying a new vehicle. I was unable to find the perfect vehicle for me out on their lot but Shawn went above and beyond to make sure we could get the truck I had imagined as quickly as possible and was able to get it right to every detail. I would highly recommend him and intend to do business with him the future.
I had a great experience purchasing my new Rogue. This is the second new vehicle I have bought from Chris Shelton within the last 6 months. The experience is always pleasant (kind of layed back) with no pressure. Thanks to all the folks at Fenton!
So the first salesman I delt with was atrocious, betsy. She had an appointment with another family which I understood but just left me and my hectic family sitting and feeling very ignored. Then she sold me a car that isnt even the one I test drove because she wasn't listening to me. She was to busy helping the other family. When the car they pulled up wasnt what I was expecting I just broke down and cried. Dusting the manager called the next morning and made it right. Cameron the salesman I delt with the following night was wonderful. Listened and was helpful. It was a frustrating moment to have them bring the liar back up to try and figure out what happened because I really just wanted her out of my face for all of her lies. Thank you Dustin and Cameron. The only thing that would have made it better the next night is if I wasnt so beat from being at work and I wanted the fight I should have given to Ms. Batzbe. If I could recommend the dealership it would have to be with the explicit instruction to only work with Cameron or Dustin.
I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).
Sales Manager Dru and finance team were true professionals in diligently working to get trade in value assessed and car sale negotiated. The process was quick and they accommodated our needs to ensure satisfaction in all facet.
I called in on Wednesday morning and Ken answered the call. He was able to keep up with my questions and what I wanted in my car. I also let him know my mother bought her Civic here back in 2012 so if they???re as good to me as they are to her, they have a customer for life. Needless to say Ken was absolutely amazing. He answered every single question my boyfriend and I had and wasn???t pushy at all. He worked with us on the trade value of my 2013 Soul and I left with a gorgeous brand new 2018 Civic Thursday night. Ken stayed well after hours to explain everything the car can do and I can tell everyone for a fact that most sales people won???t do that.
I thought they might wash my car, but they washed and completely vacuumed my car. It was spotless and beautiful. I got much more than I ever expected. The service people were all extremely nice and helpful. Thanks again Sewell staff!
This is my 3rd from Sewell Cadillac, and this one was just like the last two times.. actually exciting and easy..will probably always buy from Sewell
