McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
We had a great experience working with Francisco! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He helped us find the right vehicle and knew the Ridgeline inside and out, explaining all the features and little details we needed to know. He made the whole process easy and stayed with us from the moment we started looking until the deal was completely finished. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone looking for a Honda.

After dealing with jeff city, where we bought the Honda, this was a nice surprise. Andrew told me they would work us in and Michelle was very efficient and helpful. All in all, everyone we met was a good ambassador for the business. I was very stressed about this situation and Michelle gave us special treatment and made sure we were taken care of. Findlay Honda Henderson review
We had an amazing experience purchasing my new car! From the moment we walked in, Rumel already knew we were from Hawaii and was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right vehicle for the right price—not just making a sale. The finance portion of buying a vehicle is usually the most stressful part, but Reba made it incredibly easy and enjoyable. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every detail of the paperwork and financing options so I felt completely comfortable with my decisions. I truly appreciated their honesty, patience, and willingness to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. They made the entire process smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Their excellent customer service and attention to detail made a lasting impression, and I'm grateful for such a positive experience.

Excellent place to purchase a vehicle. Salesperson TK is a true professional. Price was what they quoted and the whole experience was as good as you could expect.

Great Lakes HondaReviews
Great Lakes Honda review
I highly recommend Great Lakes Honda for your next car purchase. I just traded in my 2016 Honda Pilot and purchased a 2023 Honda CR-v Sport Hybrid from sales consultant Sita Biswa. I had an excellent experience working with her. Sita is professional, personable, and went the extra mile to provide me with the best possible deal, as did the rest of the staff supporting the transaction. I've been buying Hondas from Great Lakes Honda for over 25 years (this is my 5th), and have had all my maintenance and service work done here; the staff has always been responsive, fair, and performed quality work.
