2021 Honda HR-V review
I have had my 2021 HR-V for a little over two years and not had one problem until recently. I was driving and had a SRS warning light come on. Found out it is in the passenger side frame. I purchased an extended warranty so I’m hoping that it is covered.I’m just wondering if this is a problem with other HR-Vs. Could you please check. Thanks

Best experience EVER buying a vehicle! We didn’t spend our entire life there doing it! Haha! Nick followed through finding us the right vehicle and Guy worked it out quickly and efficiently….. they are definitely worthy of a 5star rating. It was not financed, but that gentleman was great too!

I’ve never had a buying experience this easy at any dealership. Took the car for test ride by myself, that was different. Karlee got me financing got me a good warranty on the car gave it to me for an excellent price. Nobody stalked me while I was looking to car over, it was really refreshing to be able to lift a vehicle over without somebody chattering in your ear. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I will buy from there again. Larry Hoyt Jr

Wilde HondaReviews
Wilde Honda review
Dear James O'Brien and James Reifenrath, I want to give a huge thank‑you to the entire team at Wilde Honda for providing exceptional service during both of our recent vehicle purchases. Every staff member we worked with treated us with professionalism, kindness, and genuine respect. Temuulen Iderzul went above and beyond -- truly giving 110% -- to make sure we were taken care of. Tyler Zane made sure every step of the process was handled properly so we felt confident in our purchase. Allen May helped us with financing during our first visit and was extremely helpful and informative. Unfortunately, our first vehicle was totaled just three days after purchase. Because of the incredible service we received, we didn't hesitate to return to Wilde Honda for our second vehicle. This time, we worked with Malissa Logue in finance. She is smart, talented, and truly knows her job. She made the paperwork process smooth and stress‑free -- she is absolutely an asset to the dealership. Throughout both visits, we felt welcomed, valued, and respected. It's rare to find customer service of this caliber. The professionalism and dedication of the staff reflect the strong leadership and positive culture within this dealership. We highly recommend Wilde Honda to anyone in Wisconsin looking for a trustworthy, customer‑focused dealership. If you want a team that truly cares about Sincerely, Dr. Janice Pugh

Jarid was very straight forward. Easy to work with and gave us many options to choose from. He was patient and helped make the best decision for our family.
2022 Honda HR-V review
The HR-V is a great vehicle, however, the option of heated seat is enemic. Have taken back to dealer 3 times for testing and they say there is nothing wrong and meets specs. I changed dealers and got the same resuts. Well my bottom tells another story and have tested both driver and passenger for heat in the dead of winter of winter. There is absolutely no heat from either seat. Tested from current dealer with the same results. Maybe we are jinxs as my wife and other passengers can confirm lack of heat, or, no heat at all.

Serra Honda GrandvilleReviews
Serra Honda Grandville review
I was in the market for a used Honda CR-V because I've heard they're super reliable and can really go the distance. My cousin, who has a lot of car buying experience and knows the local dealership scene really well, recommended I talk to Jason Chudzinski at Serra Honda in Grandville. Now I get exactly why he recommended him. Jason was extremely down to earth, easy to talk to and not pushy at all. The dealership had exactly what I was looking for and Jason made the whole experience comfortable, quick and very straightforward. Jacob, the Finance Manager, helped me wrap up the paperwork and he was also easy to work with. Jason, thank you for helping me find an awesome car and for making it a great experience. I'd recommend Serra Honda in Grandville in a heartbeat!

Leman's Chevy City review
I cannot express how much I appreciate Sam Lemans Chevy City associates, and salesman Thomas Beutow for a positive experience every time I drive in the lot. This will be the 5th car I have bought from them and will continue my business with them. Got a great deal, traded in my other car for a fair price, and Tom answered all my questions honestly, quickly, and professionally. I enjoyed my experience there and drove off in my new car with a smile on my face!! I will be returning again! Thanks again, Sam Leman Chevy City.

CarMax Phoenix-West Valley review
Eric and Tiffany took very good care of me. The entire process with Eric was smooth and so easy. Eric was responsive to any question via email, phone and in person - he talked to me like a normal person and that was nice. No push, no rush to buy, very carefully handled by the team.
2016 Honda HR-V review
Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

2023 Honda HR-V review
For: Safety, Reliability, 2.0 liter K series engine has been proven to be a long lasting, relatively low maintenance power plant devoid of direct fuel injection, turbo .. The engine is smooth and quiet unless pushed hard. The chassis is capable. The ride good for this class of vehicle, especially if fitted with improved tires such as the Michelin Defender 2. Brakes are good. Headlights decent, Cabin room is good. Knee room more than adequate in the rear seats. Overall a well thought out design. Negatives : If you drive fast this is not the vehicle for you. Fuel economy is not as good as direct injection competitors. Don’t expect to tow anything as it’s a CVT. The rumored upcoming hybrid will make this an even better vehicle.

2018 Honda HR-V review
Some early reviewers did not like the power, but it has been fine for me. I am not racing anyone. I like the “magic seat” capability. That has been useful many times. Driven literally across the country — California to Florida — with little fatigue. 60,000 miles and no maintenance issues.

Great Lakes HondaReviews
Great Lakes Honda review
I highly recommend Great Lakes Honda for your next car purchase. I just traded in my 2016 Honda Pilot and purchased a 2023 Honda CR-v Sport Hybrid from sales consultant Sita Biswa. I had an excellent experience working with her. Sita is professional, personable, and went the extra mile to provide me with the best possible deal, as did the rest of the staff supporting the transaction. I've been buying Hondas from Great Lakes Honda for over 25 years (this is my 5th), and have had all my maintenance and service work done here; the staff has always been responsive, fair, and performed quality work.

2019 Honda HR-V review
I love the look of this body style, unfortunately they changed they body style so next time I buy a car it won’t be the HR-V with backseat handle that make the vehicle look like a sedan.

Honda of Escondido review
Honda of Escondido 1700 Auto Park Way •Escondido, CA, 92029 I had a great experience at this dealership-4/13/25 my luckiest day ever! Worked with Ray Sun-Sales Manager and Massud Mainayar-Finance Manager to make my dream car happen. It’s worth my 45 minutes drive. Super friendly and helpful and made the entire process run smoothly. If you’re in the market for a new car I would high recommend reaching out to Ray Sun-Sales Manager. Honda of Escondido also have a very clean and comfortable lounge to wait. Ray was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure my desired car and ensure top quality. He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him. And finally, I had a very pleasant experience working with Massud Mainayar-Finance Manager. He made me understand the whole paperworks process, Massud also went above and beyond to find the best financing solution for my needs, even when I had some specific requirements. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a finance manager who is knowledgeable, efficient, and customer-focused. Again-I was very pleased with their professionalism and helpfulness. They were all knowledgeable about different financing options and took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I felt comfortable with my decision. I truly had an amazing experience at Honda of Escondido, quick process. No xx. No hassle! Ray Sun- Sales Manager and Massud Mainayar-Finance Manager and the rest of the team was great! Had me in the car I wanted in no time, they all had a great attitude while I figured out what I wanted to do and overall was a place to buy a car I would recommend!
