2025 Hyundai KONA review
Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. Let me begin by saying I have been looking for this dream car of mine for 2 years now, after countless hours with countless different dealerships, I finally found what I was looking for... a gorgeous gray metallic Genesis G80 Sport AWD V6 3.3L Turbo...365HP Luxury Sedan, CPO, Certified Pre Owned Genesis, heads up display, front, rear and side mirror cameras, Android auto, the works! Took months of dealing with dealerships, and the Salesman that helped me at Algonquin was so patient with me... You can't find these in my side of the country, they're all in the East coast, I was an out of state buyer from Colorado and tons of dealerships and their salesmen wrote me off but not this one, many not taking me seriously... but Casey from Algonquin Hyundai was the hero I needed... Even after times when the deal fell through, he would follow up with me, making sure he was still there to help me with this purchase... finally after a couple months and all the stars lined up, it was time to make the purchase, and Casey's steadfast dedication to make sure I was taken care of paid off. I literally bought the car, without even seeing it, just from pictures, from Colorado, then flew out to pick it up. They FedEx'ed me the paperwork, I signed it, sent it back then flew out to Chicago to pick it up and drove it back. Not only that, Casey himself picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the dealership 1 hour away! Talk about Genesis customer service! What do you expect when a luxury fully loaded 2022 4 door sedan goes for 58k when it's new you're buying primo goods... and mine was a 2018! After all the time I spent with Casey going back and forth, I felt like I made a friend, not just someone trying to sell me something...If you buy from this dealership, ask for Casey, he will take care of you like he did me, I'll never forget him and will always appreciate what he did for me, Thank you Hyundai Algonquin and Thank you Casey for making my dreams come true...
2024 Hyundai KONA review
Great car, very roomy over my 2020 Kona. I bought an N Line and love the sporty look. Lots of features are standard including a Bose audio system. The ride is much better than my previous Kona too. Definitely would recommend this car.

2024 Hyundai KONA review
Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.

2020 Hyundai KONA review
I've been driving my 2020 Kona Turbo for 3 years now and my opinion on this car is ever-changing. Preface: I'm 18 years old and my parents got this Kona for me to earn and now daily drive. I thought the design team was off their rocker when I saw the tail light design, but my expectations were far too high. The whole look of the car grew on me and now I really think its one of the best looking subcompacts you can buy. I ended up with the lime green color w/ the green interior stitching, which also grew on me heavily. The Kona has such an aggressive stance that only gets better when i threw on 25mm wheel spacers (highly recommend if you're going for an aggressive look). I was taken aback at the performance of the green little bugger, it really surprised me how much giddy-up it has stock. Naturally, I was yearning for more performance so I picked up a chip-tune which made it the absolutely perfect vehicle to me. I haven't had any issues with the car other than those that are self-inflicted (meaning no fault of Hyundai), so with nearly 30k on the odometer id say this thing is pretty reliable so far, just don't forget to do your oil changes or the turbo wont be happy. Overall this is a GREAT car for anyone learning to drive. Not too powerful, AWD is a no-brainer, plenty of trunk space (even more with the seats down), and a comfy ride for the price point! Not to mention the Sport Mode adds some extra responsiveness to your driving experience. Overall great value.

2020 Hyundai KONA review
I have been using my Kona 2020 for five years (almost), I am delighted except few minor problems I had. The rubber around the front left ( Automotive weather stripping) side which is on the body of the car is torn and the wipers were broken in few months. Overall I am happy with car. The driving on ice, snow etc during winter is so easy and stable.

I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!
2020 Hyundai KONA review
I have a Kona Ultimate 1.6Turbo and I absolutely love it! She's small but spacious and roomy. She's got incredible acceleration speed. Even tho it's a small crossover, it's bigger than you think. The trunk/cargo area is decent, but more like a car trunk than an suv trunk. The back seats are comfortable for my kids. The heated front seats are incredibly comfortable too!

Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. 2020 Hyundai KONA review
I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

2020 Hyundai KONA review
I am renting this vehicle. This thing handles well. Turning radius is better than my mother's Toyota RAV4 in my opinion. Interior is really good. Control panel, driver controls, information display and selectors, are all simple and easy to get it where you would want set up. Blue tooth, radio, and touchscreen are the best!
