As soon as I walked in to the lot I was treated as a friend would. I was shown around to all the cars that I was interested in and I fell in love with one. The process was easy and honest. I highly recommend Give Away Car Sales!!!
First, I ended up not buying a car here but that was only because they didn't have quite what I was looking for. I do want to say that I had a very pleasant experience at Fitzgerald Outlet, though. I worked with Walter "Chet" Wilkinson and he was superb. Knowledgeable, pleasant and best of all not in the least bit pushy or a typical "car salesman"; I'd have just walked out in that case. I ended up purchasing a car at another dealership (who had a similar philosophy as Fitzgerald - no haggle. no pressure) and it really only boiled down to the fact that the other place happened to have a vehicle which fit the bill, so to speak. I very much would recommend Chet and company if you're in the market for a used car - no plaid jacket and smoke and mirrors.
I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.
What an amazing experience. No one pressures you into anything. Pedro helped me every step of the way. I Would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a car, he will make sure you get everything you want!

Throughout the whole week kevin was exceptional in not only his customer service but his knowledge of the product. I had multiple quotes from other dealerships but kevin was understanding and accommodating for any need that i had.
After seeing a Sun Toyota internet ad for a 2018 Acura, I initially shopped a local dealer for their pricing and realized that there was a considerable price difference between the Sun Toyota price and the local dealer. After indicating interest in the vehicle on Sun's internet site, I was immediately contacted by Ben Carriere. After three and a half hour drive to Sun Toyota, I traded my vehicle for the 2018 Acura. Ben Carriere is a consumate professional and a pleasure to work with when purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I were impressed with the level of courtesy that we received. This is the most positive experience in Car Buying that I have ever experienced. I must also say the restaurant inside the dealership is a nice convenience.

I have been a customer of Gettle for many years, 7 vehicles purchase thus far. Salesman Dave S. was a gem. Michelle A. was a total diamond. The sales process was low pressure with all my questions answered. So, the reason for 4 stars?. It was Steven in the Finance Dept. His attitude was less than professional, His hard sell of items we did not want fell upon deaf ears. He kept telling us that our vehicle will break down and he could see no reason why we would not buy the upgraded maintenance package stating that we can afford it and he knew we had the extra money. Well, he kept at it until I almost walked out and asked him what part of "No" he did not understand. His attitude was very obvious. At any rate, we finally were able to escape his office and pick up our new vehicle. I have seen other poor reviews on this Finance person, but he still continues to apply the pressure. Anyway, Our salesman apologized, I saw the GM and we left with our new vehicle. Gettle Hyundai is a great place to buy a car and has one of the best service staffs in the area. Just be cautious when you get to the finance stage and Steven is on the other side of the desk.
The first salesperson, Marek Zima (?), was awful. Once he found out my credit wasn't so good, he became unfriendly and not courteous. and wouldn't allow us to take a test drive.
The second salesperson, Willie McNeal, was totally awesome. Friendly, honest, courteous, a real gentlemen. He's going to make a great salesman. He didn't want to say offer any information without making sure it was correct. He allowed us to take a test drive. He was wonderful--he made it a great experience, even though we weren't able to purchase a car at the time.

I purchased a used 2015 Mazda CX-5 and my salesperson was Eric O’Brien. The process went very smoothly, he was very personable and I did not feel pressured. If he did not know an answer he was honest and directed me to the proper person. Overall it was a pleasant buying experience
Our first new car purchase in 14 years. Salesperson Callum was extremely helpful in explaining all of the new bells and whistles cars come with these days and walking us through the process. Picked out a model and color that was not our first choice. Love our new toy.
Vince was so thorough in every aspect of making our experience a smooth one. Je answered all of my concerns with educated answers.
