They made the whole process so easy. Their pricing is very competitive. I even was able to get a decent warranty for a great deal; basically more than half off. They weren’t pushy with any of the add ons. If I’m ever in the market again I will definitely be visiting them. These dudes deserve a standing ovation. It speaks very heavily about management too. Although my wife and I were interested in a vehicle at another dealership, we decided to pay Douglas Infiniti a visit. They had a similar vehicle available and were close to home. We were met by Steven who did not pressure us and understood we wanted to do our due diligence prior to making a purchase. So after our visit to Douglas we decided to see the vehicle at the other dealership. Making the stop at Doglas Infiniti made it a difficult choice for us. 2020 INFINITI QX50 review
I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

The tech was Matt Nunamaker and got everything done in record amount of time . I had dropped vehicle off at about 1040 and everything was complete by 1117. Only 37 minutes to complete all that , usually it takes at least 1 hr - 1 1/2 hours at other Toyota dealers. Thanks for everyone being professional and servicing my daughter’s vehicle that she uses to get from college in Knoxville back home to Virgina . Appreciate it very much !!!

Compared to the other dealerships I visited, this was by far the best car-buying experience I had. One of the things I appreciated most was that they allowed me to take the test drive without a salesperson in the car, which made me feel much more comfortable. Afterward, I had plenty of time to inspect the vehicle on my own without feeling rushed or pressured. At no point did I feel any pressure from the sales team. They even allowed me to take the car about 30 minutes away to my own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Not only were they completely supportive of that, but they also replaced a few parts that technically would have passed inspection but likely would have needed replacement down the road. That level of honesty and customer service really stood out to me. They had the car ready for me the very same day, and even took care of small cosmetic details I pointed out, including touching up minor scratches and removing some wax residue. It showed they genuinely cared about delivering the car in the best condition possible. I purchased my Mazda CX-5 with JV and also worked with Christian, the manager. Both were incredibly patient with all of my questions and made the entire process easy and stress-free. As a 25-year-old woman purchasing a car on my own, I was especially appreciative of how respectfully I was treated. After visiting several local dealerships, this was easily the most positive experience I had. While I may be partial because I ended up buying my car here, I also noticed that the vehicles across their lot were all very clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a transparent, low-pressure, and genuinely customer-focused car-buying experience.

Vehicle is dismissed by so call experts BUT my experience with is car is the opposite. Fast, safe on snow+ ice, corners well, comfortable, inexpensive maintenance.
