I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

Mark Dunlap (my Service Advisor) is courteous & professional in everything he does. I owned an Auto & Truck Repair Shop for almost 25 years. So, I know my way around this industry. Mark has an extensive knowledge of car & truck repairs. He causes me to be comfortable in my dealings with him. Andy (my Technician) has never disappointed me. He has worked on my cars & also cars of previous customers of mine. Andy is more detail-oriented than me. And, believe me, THAT is saying something. Andy explains his diagnosis & plan of action in language that is easy to understand. Even with my experience on the repair business, I find myself learning new things every time we talk.

Bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee in January of 2022. I was in a wreck where another vehicle hit me and threw me off the road into a ditch. I went airborne and came down hard. It was a miracle I did not flip. All of my driver-side airbags deployed (front and back) and I walked away with minor injuries. This vehicle kept me safe and I will have another one to replace the totaled Jeep from my wreck.

Communicated with John Leno from the Schaumburg facility online. John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Team Schaumburg, keep up the great work, each of you understand the true meaning of Customer Service, and that is important to some customers like me who still cherish old school values.

This car has everything we need and more. 4x4, looks, performance, can be towed behind an RV. Includes sun roof, rear camera, safety braking, more. Rides great.

Needed a solid car for my kids, found what I wanted here. Marques Pinkston greeted me at the door and was as personable as it gets. I enjoyed our test drive, but it was a bit over my budget. Marques did what he could to make my decision easy. It was a pleasure to see him happy for me as he knew family was involved. Not only did Marques get me into a car, he followed me home so I could drive back to the dealership and pick up the new ride. Next time I need a car, they're tip of the list.

This was probably the best dealer experience I've had. Set up an appointment to test drive a car I was interested in and was pre- qualified for a loan. They held the car for me even though someone else wanted to buy it. Drove the car, bought the car, and made my wife very happy. It was EXACTLY the car we wanted. Got a very good deal on a 6-year warranty (that we were looking for as well) to boot! Victor and Mike were great!

We were a little nervous about making a 3 hr road trip to look at a Grand Cherokee but, they were one of the few places that had what we were looking for. Which is unfortunatly the reality today. We spoke with Nathan from the interenet who got us all the information we needed and more. Upon arrival James was our salesman. Truely nice guy who explained things about the vehicle and was wonderful about answering our questions. The whole process was smooth. James kept us informed and things moving along. Everyone we encountered from sales manager, to finance, to store manager were very nice and gracious. The only thing that we did not care for is that when a car is sold the music is CRANKED and COW BELLS are rang. but the killer was the horns from the vehicles within the show room were honked right where we were sitting. I get that your creating a vibe but, come on. Its just one little thing that otherwise was a great experience. Thanks so much James!

Brought in my Jeep for extended warranty service. My Service Advisor listened intently to the issues I was experiencing and wrote up the service document. He then called and informed me that the technician discovered another issue that I was not even aware of and took care of it under my warranty.
