We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. This car is so roomy, the trunk is over sized and provides more than enough room. The back seat is giant. There is so much leg room its unreal. The car drives so smooth, and gets great gas mileage. There are vents in the back along with usb ports. The XM Radio rewinds, yes you saw that right. It rewinds. The HD radio is a very nice touch but I do not like that in order to use apple car play you must have your phone plugged in. That seems old school considering that it has bluetooth.
Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews. I was referred by a friend for my first vehicle I purchased at Poquet and this is my second vehicle I have purchased at Poquet. Both experiences were hassle free, efficient, courteous, professional and by far the best price. I must expound on my second experience as I informed Brett what I was looking for and he continued to update me monthly until he finally found the exact car I was looking for. What also cemented it was that even the owner, Colin called me a few times checking to see if I was still interested and that they would continue to look for the exact vehicle I wanted. In the interim, I referred a friend and he purchased a car there and Poquet send me a gift card. You won't find an easier buying experience, a lower price or a friendlier staff. This is our second Kia. The last one was 11 years old. The Niro is our first Hybrid. I bought it for all the new safety features and the fuel efficiency. I've had the car for 6 months and was getting around 52mpg. Great! I haven't changed my driving style or driving habits but now I'm only getting approximately 27mpg. What the heck? I have just 3400 miles on the car and I am the only driver. Time for the first oil change and some answers to my fuel economy questions.
Wonderful service. Made process of leasing a new car (first time ever) easy to understand and no pressure. Followed up a few days later to check in. Highly recommend!

The ride is on par with other vehicles in its class and the power is surprising. Handles well for a larger vehicle. Plenty of room for passengers or cargo with fold down back seats. Lots of hands free features that keeps the drivers hands on the wheel for radio and phone. Best minivan I've owned to date.
Everyone I dealt with a Bloomington KIA was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. My sales rep , Chris S, as always, was a pleasure to work with. They went the extra mile for me to get the color I wanted. This is my 3rd lease with them and it only gets better and better.

Nothing but problem after problem. Took them a week to tell me my starter and battery went out at the same time???? Now airbag light will not go off. Not their problem. Was not under the Recall. Purchased brand new!!!Nothing good to say about kia😥😥😥😥the worst vehicle ever!!!!

This car meets all of my needs and has plenty of room for the family and having a special needs individual the ease of entry and exit makes it very easy for him.
I brought my Outback in for a couple things and I was thrilled with the service. Remote starter fobs were fixed, cabin filter replaced and mouldings around the wheel wells are on order. The last item is promised under warranty even though my car is 36,000 miles and 14 months PAST the warranty period! Wow! Not only that I received an email with a link to a video showing the mechanic measuring tire tread depth and pointing out things under the car, like tie rods, that are in good shape. He gave the underside a clean bill of health.

Great third row seating (planning for grandkids). Very durable leather seats. Front seats are heated. Great cargo area. Ergonomically everything is well located from the driver's seat. Runs quiet with little to no cabin noise. Shifts smoothly with plenty of power.
Efficient, organized non complicated system.
Communicated each step and followed thru.
Didn't feel like a # and all staff very courteous and receptionist walked me to my cars location after paperwork.

It performs phenomenal drive like u are hovering on clouds picks up quick and inside or lord it’s like I’m driving something foriegn and the pano moon roof oh it’s to die for heated steering wheel I just wish it had remote start that would be the real cherry on top

Great family car. Lots of room for luggage in the hatch, and wonderful for travel. As fast as it needs to be, handles well, and is quite comfortable. Best part of owning a KIA is that service is extremely reasonably priced. With the frequent coupons sent from the dealership, you can get an oil change, tires rotated, multi point inspection, and fluids filled for around $50.
We called before going in to test drive a car and the person who helped us was Kent, when we test drove the car he showed us some other options and we absolutely fell in love with a car that he showed us! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we got a good deal, by far the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. Thanks again for the great customer service and beautiful car!

I’mMuscle car kinda guy, but my wife’s little 2016 Kia Forte is something else! I love the gas mileage it gets not to mention the hidden power when you put it in sports mode!
Brandon was patient, thorough, informative, personable, and not pushy at all throughout my entire buying process. Not for one minute did I feel pressured into upgrading this or that until I had made my decision on an item. He brought joy and personality to the information he presented me with so that I was able to make the most informed and knowledgeable decision in a vehicle that I could have possibly made. As far as the amenities you receive with a Kia Optima, this car provides you with the most bang for your buck hands down. Extremely satisfied so far.

Always looks new...has lots of room..easy to transport things. The hatchback is a wonderful car. The car feels like a mini Sports car, it definitely has a kick to it.
