Tom Elgin was very helpful on my last visit on 9/9/26. I had experienced a vehicle breakdown on 9/8/26. My SUV, a 2009 Acura MDX, lost power and acceleration. It was towed to Fred Anderson Acura on 9/9/26. Tom was able to quickly discover the problem and repaid my Acura. Tom was. Courteous, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the time my vehicle was being repaired. He is an excellent employee.

Park Place Lexus GrapevineReviews
Park Place Lexus Grapevine review
I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone involved was great but David called several times to check on our status. We will trust him with all of our Lexus needs. Thank you so much Park Place Lexus!

Ferman Buick GMC review
Jovon was my salesperson for the second time. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and their options as well as setup. The dealership worked quickly to find the vehicle I wanted and transferred it in from another dealer in less than a day. The price and trade were fair and the purchasing process was brief and smooth. Thanks again Ferman GMC!

Jim Norton Toyota review
My husband and I were dreading shopping for a new car. Luckily for us, Paulin from the Toyota Dealership chose us to help buy a new car. Very upfront and pleasant, he made our experience a good one. He is so very smart and knowledgeable about the product that he showed us. Paulin was so patient with us explaining the details of the Toyota-especially the technology involved. We are old-schoolers and this area is always difficult for us. He did it with ease. He certainly is not a lazy soul. He was here and there and everywhere taking care of our business once we decided to purchase a car. I never knew that buying a car could be so headache free. He did a really terrific job!! He deserves a BONUS. Betty Kinsey

Hendrick Toyota Merriam review
Brian Diaz was such a wonderful young man to work with. He was polite and patient as we're not the youngest people and hip to the new tech in vehicles now days, but he took his time in listening, processing and then recommending based on the needs of my husband and I. We really appreciate him for that. We recommend him for any car shopper whose needing a vehicle.

Westside LexusReviews
Westside Lexus review
Jim (Sales) and Christian (Finance) were fantastic to work with at West Side Lexus. I worked with Jim during the week to secure a Saturday appointment. Arrived at 1109a and was driving off the lot in my “new to me” car at 12:35p. Everyone there was friendly and the customer waiting area is great, lots of space and a pretty decent hot chocolate in their fancy coffee machine :D 10/10 recommend
2021 Lexus GX 460 review
Fantastic vehicle! I traded my ‘17 on a Range Rover and regret every single day. Here is my issue - performance. At 302, the horsepower is too low for a vehicle of this size. I also have a Volvo S60 T6 and even its engine cranks out more ponies.

2021 Lexus GX 460 review
This is my 4th Lexus 460 GX. It seems smaller and there no point using the 3rd row no leg room. What I don't like especially is that you can view everything in your cargo area between the Captain seats. There's no cargo or tonneau cover to hide the cargo. I bought a piece of carpet to hide what could be seen and it continues to fall down.
