The pricing was right, the trade-in offer was fair and it was a pleasure to work with a person who didn't "play games" but just delivered what was promised. The services were done and the repair needed for my engine issue matched what I looked up on AI. They did a handle repair inside the car for free that was great. I don't know if they have a on-site car wash but would have been nice if they had run it through it before I got car back. Overall a good experience and loved the text message updates from my service advisor Chris.

Car is ok but a very expensive Highlander! The same noisy weak highlander engine drivetrain, brakes. Honestly you’d be getting an almost equally car with the top of the line Toyota platinum Highlander , for less money

2021 Lexus RX 350L review
This car meets and exceeds our expectations! When we went looking for a new car, we looked at the luxury version of our existing car. It was fine but, on a lark, we tried the Lexus, which had a higher Consumer Reports score. Sure glad we did. Fell in love with the Lexus and all the luxury features it offers along with the comfort and styling.
