495 MazdaReviews
495 Mazda review
I admit it, I've never liked car shopping. The research, hours at the dealer and the usual endless negotiations have never made for a fun experience. When I went to 495 Mazda to test drive a CX-5, I was expecting more of the same. The first surprise was the dealership itself... there wasn't one! They're in the process of having one built so the building in place right now is more like one of those trailers you see at construction sites. Instead of a showy inside, it was just round tables, a TV and a very comfortable vibe. And the cutest French bulldog named Whitney greeted me on arrival and slept in my lap during lease negotiations! My salesperson, Ben, took a great test drive with me covering both highway and back streets so I could get an in-depth feel for both surfaces. He also covered every feature in detail and helped me set up everything from the radio to how soon my doors will lock when I get out of the car. Mike, the Finance Manager made the paperwork a breeze. Everyone was really nice and made the experience a positive one. Best of all, I LOVE my car!

I see you did receive my review which was an excellent one. Thank you, Manish. You are an excellent salesman very respectful, considerate and patient and you definitely care about your customers. Thank you for being kind enough to drive home with my daughter to pick up my second car for trade in. It saved me having to go home and I was very tired, as you were I’m sure.

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

Subaru of Troy review
The process was made easy from start to finish. I called and told them what I could do from a budget perspective. No sales pitch, no aggressive tactics. First visit was a test drive and second completed the deal. Easiest purchase and would definitely recommend.
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I looked at many others in the same class and I thought this was the best looking, had the best interior set up and is economical. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely would recommend.

My salesperson was Z. She was amazing! From the moment I contacted the dealership through their website, it has been nothing but positive. They were extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. I never once felt pressured to purchase the car. They gave me a great trade in for my car. For all the times I had to deal with a car dealership, this dealership by far was the best. Thank you to Z, Pete, and Anthony for all you did to make this seamless experience. I highly recommend Romeo Volkswagen!
