I retired from Porsche Cars North America and part of my responsibilty was coordinating the launch of new dealerships. Our best practices were mirrored in the lease/delivery of this vehicle. Cox Mazda did a great job... Kudos to Jesse Edwards, Marylin Betanzos, Lisi Hernandez and Latravis Washington!

Cox Mazda review
Always wonderful to deal with. My grandson needed a car on an emergency basis. The dealership stepped up to the plate and made it happen in less than 24 hours. His mother bought a car there too a couple of years ago and was given the same wonderful service. With Cox folks in your corner you can’t go wrong. They go above and beyond for their customers!!!

495 MazdaReviews
495 Mazda review
I admit it, I've never liked car shopping. The research, hours at the dealer and the usual endless negotiations have never made for a fun experience. When I went to 495 Mazda to test drive a CX-5, I was expecting more of the same. The first surprise was the dealership itself... there wasn't one! They're in the process of having one built so the building in place right now is more like one of those trailers you see at construction sites. Instead of a showy inside, it was just round tables, a TV and a very comfortable vibe. And the cutest French bulldog named Whitney greeted me on arrival and slept in my lap during lease negotiations! My salesperson, Ben, took a great test drive with me covering both highway and back streets so I could get an in-depth feel for both surfaces. He also covered every feature in detail and helped me set up everything from the radio to how soon my doors will lock when I get out of the car. Mike, the Finance Manager made the paperwork a breeze. Everyone was really nice and made the experience a positive one. Best of all, I LOVE my car!

Ken Ganley Nissan MedinaReviews
Ken Ganley Nissan Medina review
I recently purchased a 2026 Nissan Rogue, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Rose Strelbicki. Rose really listened to what I wanted – but, just as importantly, she listened to what I didn’t want. She was personable, honest, responsive, and a great communicator throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was how straightforward everything was. There was no irritating back-and-forth, no pressure, and no feeling like I had to negotiate every little detail. Rose made the process easy and actually enjoyable. I ended up with a new car that I love, and I would absolutely recommend Rose to anyone looking for a Nissan and a genuinely pleasant car-buying experience.

Man what a great experience. Luis Hernandez was amazing, helped me find the right car for me, no pressure, straight talk from start to finish. A good deal on a new unit. I felt valued as a repeat customer and the experience couldn't have been better. Ashley the sales manager even helped secure the car I wanted from another dealership on her day off! This team works really well together and they just want you to be happy and well taken care of as a customer. I'll be keeping my business here.

I didn't have many dealings with them as I didn't realize they were 450 miles away. They were quick and persistent to follow-up. Quite friendly!

The service department was really great. So many friendly people working there and I was in and out in less than an hour. Even the sales people were very helpful. 5 stars!
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Fairfield review
Had a great experience purchasing a new Hyundai Santa Fe with Alex and Patrick. They did not have the matching trim, exterior and interior color we we wanted in their inventory. And Patrick took 5-10 minutes to find one and only in Michigan. And it took took me very short time to make the decision. Also Ryan, finance manager did an amazing job. Thanks guys

AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience buying my new truck at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines. My salesperson, **José Rojas**, was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable: he explained everything in detail, with no pressure, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The financing process was also excellent, clear and transparent from start to finish. I drove off in my truck the same day, completely satisfied. I highly recommend José Rojas and the entire team at this dealership, 100%. Thank you!
