Making update to my review below. Porsche Downtown LA contacted me directly and agreed to pay for all repairs and make the situation right. They were very apologetic about the entire situation and are willing to go above and beyond to make things better than right. I appreciate their response.

CarMax Costa MesaReviews
CarMax Costa Mesa review
I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. I was ready with all the salesman pitches, haggling and general unplesantness that is associated with buying a car (paperwork, insurance, time, etc). But moment I walked in Kyle and Ron made me feel welcome and we were outta there with our new car in no time. We had little clerical error but they made sure that we had the that day to drive home with the best price possible (they gave the best trade-in value as well). Thanks CarMax.

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/DuarteReviews
CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

Mona (Sales) was very helpful, friendly, informative and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. David (Manager) helped to fill in the gaps and provide me with better photos than were online?so appreciated. Wael (Finance) topped off the purchase by explaining all of the finance (yawn) info in a much less boring way! All in all?I was very hesitant to purchase online and then go pick up the car that I wanted. This team made my car purchase a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

Donna was very helpful. She showed me a van that I was interested in. And then I decided I wanted to see a second one and she went out and found it for me. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles I wanted to know about and suggested she could help me in the future because I did not find anything yet.

AutoNation Ford ValenciaReviews
AutoNation Ford Valencia review
I had an outstanding experience working with Austin, the Sales Manager, Peter, and the entire team. I was searching for a very specific Ford Raptor in a particular color, and although they didn’t have exactly what I wanted in stock, they never tried to steer me toward something else. Instead, Austin went above and beyond to locate the exact truck I was looking for at one of their sister dealerships. What impressed me most was their dedication to customer service. Peter was absolutely fantastic—he personally drove over two hours to pick up the truck and made sure everything was completed the very same day. Anyone who has shopped for a Raptor knows how difficult these trucks can be to find, especially when you’re looking for a specific color and configuration. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and professional from start to finish. They listened to what I wanted, respected my preferences, and worked hard to make it happen. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that genuinely puts the customer first instead of simply trying to sell what’s available on the lot. Thank you again to Austin, Peter, and the entire team for going above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with my new Raptor and the overall buying experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and exceptional customer service!

Land Rover Mission Viejo review
This is a follow-up to a review earlier this week regarding my CPO or Lemon review. We got a hold of the service manager and he was extremely sincere and honest about what had happened with the vehicle and the team was working to get all the new parts installed for me. I'm glad to report that my car was ready the following day and drove like new. I appreciate the team taking the time to triple check the vehicle and didn't rush to give me back the vehicle. I also want to give kudos to Kyle in service for remembering to replace the cover for my key which I forgot about. Honestly, it's the little things like this that counts so thank you Kyle! Now for the sales experience... I appreciate Adam reaching out to me and listening to my concerns. I even stopped by to see him at the dealership today since he was so nice and empathetic of my situation so I wanted to say "hi" in person. At the end of the day, I believe I made a good purchase and I would refer the dealership to my family and friends.

Mercedes-Benz of OntarioReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Ontario review
Where do I even begin? I met Thomas Cervantes in 2022 when he was working at Monrovia BMW, and we connected right from the start. We share very similar personalities, and from day one, he treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Between 2022 and 2023, I purchased seven BMW cars and SUVs from Thomas. As God is my witness, this is a true statement and an honest review. Every transaction was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable because of him. When Thomas moved to Mercedes-Benz in Ontario, I followed him without hesitation. That’s how much trust and confidence I have in him. He is one of those rare individuals who genuinely cares about people. His kindness, charisma, honesty, and positive attitude make him truly unique. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, you can never go wrong with Thomas. He goes above and beyond for his customers and makes the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thomas, if you’re reading this message, I want you to know how much I appreciate you. I love you dearly, my friend, and I am grateful for all your help, kindness, and support throughout the years. May God bless you always.

We just purchased our second Mercedes from Tommy Tran at Fletcher Jones Newport Beach, CA. The showroom is the nicest I've ever been in. Tommy is full of energy and made us feel like VIP's on both car deals. He is our go to car guy!
