Mercedes-Benz of ChantillyReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly review
I had an excellent experience with this dealership from start to finish. After reaching out about a vehicle I was interested in, I received a response within 15–30 minutes. I quickly connected with a sales advisor and was able to schedule a convenient time to come in. The entire process was incredibly efficient—I completed my purchase within 45 minutes of arriving at the dealership. The sales advisor was phenomenal, ensuring all necessary paperwork was prepared in advance, which made everything seamless. The car was cleaned, ready, and waiting for us to test drive upon arrival. I truly appreciate the level of organization and customer service provided. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely return for future purchases.

2023 MINI Countryman review
I am on my 2nd Countryman! I was always a Mercedes driver as I had 8 of them. I was looking for something a little taller with plenty of room. I needed all wheel drive and I ended up with so much more. This car is sporty, fun great on the snow and so much room. Also let me highlight it is great on gas. I have had a very good experience with the sales team! I bought with Evan Williams. He still checks in! The service department is so professional and I can't say enough positive things about Mini in Glencoe!

Nissan of MuskogeeReviews
2014 MINI Countryman review
The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.

2018 MINI Countryman review
Bought a 2018 Mini Countryman Base model pre owned and have loved everyday with it. Only had one issue and that being something with the Valve Gas Breather. I have yet to fix it yet and it’s been about 3 months. Doesn’t cause any noticeable performance issue (besides the decrease in fuel mileage), just the check engine light on. Other than that, I drive this around the island. Very easy to park and maneuver around. I am planning on getting the newer Mini Countryman about 2 years after they’re released so they can work out all the kinks and stuff.

CarMax Gaithersburg review
I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.
2018 MINI Countryman review
Purchased this used for my son at a great value and it is a very engaging car to drive. Whats remarkable is how it has almost everything my BMW X7 has in terms of tech. It has plenty of pep and the ride is what I expected for a sporty small vehicle. Interior room is more than expected and the sunroof is much quieter than my BMW that you will forget its open. The build quality is better than any vehicle in this segment and MPG is better than what they list on the specs. Handling is precise and braking is grabby until you get used to it. The only negative is the Run Flat tires which I will replace.

I live about three and a half hours from the dealership. When I first contacted them, Lilly Quintero worked with me and helped me by sending pictures to me and a credit application. The car was awaiting parts to repair the driver’s side window regulator. Her enthusiasm and professionalism convinced me to purchase the car and I am going to the dealership to complete the purchase on Saturday, September 19th. I am positively thrilled!

2024 MINI Hardtop review
A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

I had a great experience from beginning to end with trading in my older car and buying a used car. I really appreciated that my salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, as was the finance woman.

CarMax Gulf Freeway review
As a retired tx DPS mvi trooper through my 30 years dealing with dealers carmax is most caring dealer. When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. We bought a 2916 Honda CRV with 10 mikes on the vehicle. We bought it. Service group was also caring and helpful. Keep up the good work. Larry parks.

CarMax RenoReviews
CarMax Reno review
I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. Rick Baker was excellent in answering our questions, helping with paperwork and providing me with 1.95% financing. Outstanding! I would definitely purchase another car here.

Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I was extremely pleased and impressed with the process of purchasing my new vehicle. Our salesman was Jose Gaston. Soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff. Jose was dedicated from the start. I was pleased with how he went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. I purchased a previous car from a different dealer year ago and it is nothing like i experienced today. He made the whole experience super easy, Communicated EVERYTHING so we were informed about everything. He made sure any questions we had were answered. He was friendly, Professional, and very helpful. Thank You to Darlene Janora in the finance department that went over all the paperwork to also making sure he knew what we were signing beforehand. She was very friendly, professional and made sure everything was understood and made sure any and all questions were answered as well. She made sure to offer us any extra services we may want to add. She was great. She made the last finishing touches to our new vehicle very smoothly and easy. Thank You Darlene Janora! I have never had such a smooth process on purchasing a vehicle before until today. I highly recommend Jose Gaston for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to come to Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in cape coral Ask for Jose(salesman) and Darlene (finance depo.) Starling FordReviews
Starling Ford review
I'm from out of country and was directed to Starling Ford in Titusville. I can't say enough good things about the team at Starling Ford. My Ford Ranger was in the shop for several days for a seatbelt issue and key replacements and the level of professionalism was top-notch from start to finish. A huge shout out to Dave in parts- he was incredible. He quickly and efficiently tracked down the exact replacement part needed for my driver's seatbelt installation which saved a lot of time and headache. I also want to recognize Mike Young, who oversaw the entire process. Mike's attention to detail while managing the repairs and getting my new keys made was impressive. He kept everything moving smoothly and ensured the work was done right. The entire staff was courteous, professional and efficient throughout the week. It's rare to find this kind of dedicated service , and I'll definitely be back. If you need your Ford serviced, go see Mike and Dave. F.B. Jamieson (from Canada)

Texas Car ClubReviews
Texas Car Club review
I had the best experience with purchasing at this dealership. They are well known for having luxury on a budget vehicles. Financing available, fast & easy, accepted my trade in vehicle and gave me more money than any other dealer offered on the value. My credit is average and I still got a low payment, very nice! Friendly service from Kirk, Andy, & Nida, they make you feel right at home and walk you through the entire process, only taking about a hour of my time. Very efficient this place. Drove off the lot with equity, not a losing value scenario like at a new car dealer. Thank Texas Car Club!!!

CarMax San Gabriel Valley/DuarteReviews
CarMax San Gabriel Valley/Duarte review
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
2020 MINI Hardtop review
This car is easy to drive, beautiful color, good on gas, handles well on cornering. Nice price and great tires too. This is my 3rd mini, so I love them!
