2021 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. I came to interstate Ford to have a recall issue taken care of. Mary Jo Fuletti helped me with that problem. I told her that there were other concerns regarding my F150 truck. She listened to my concerns and translated them so that her mechanical staff would understand what needed to be looked at. After an inspection, I was informed that there was about $5000 worth of work to be done. I have a Toyota warranty for the vehicle having bought it used from a Toyota dealer. Mary Jo had difficulty getting a response from the warranty folks but she was tenacious and got an inspector from the warranty office to come look at the truck and approve the work that needed to be done. Through Mary Joe’s and interstate Fords efforts, I had a total of about $6000 worth of work done with no out-of-pocket charges. I will definitely be back when my truck needs service or work. 2021 RAM 2500 review
Looked around for an HD truck and settled on a Tradesman with the 6.4 Hemi. Only have 1k miles on it, but so far so good. Waaayy quieter than my F150 I traded. Also smoother than I expected from a 3/4 ton 4x4. Even though it is a lower model the interior is very nice. So far I'm very happy with my new Ram.

When I moved, I was not to sure where to go for my oil changes and regular maintenance. I have found an AMAZING Ford Quick Lane Service Center. It is located on Hughes Rd, right off of Interstate 72 in Madison, Al. The staff there are Amazing, I personally want to Shout Out to Kasey Allen - Service Writer!!!!! Ever since I started going there, he has ALWAYS gone Above and Beyond with his GREAT Customer Service, he treats me with the Upmost Respect and makes me feel like part of his family!!! He always answers all my questions and is an AWESOME Listener!!!! He explains everything in detail and takes his time to make sure I understand everything!!!! I HIGHLY Recommend this Ford Service Center to Everyone!!!! You will definitely be treated with GREAT Customer Service from Kasey and everyone!!!!
