Pretty good except it has a clicking noise. Pretty sure im gonna have to take it to the shop after only 3 weeks. Have to see if there is an issue as recalls on the transmission keep Popping up in my Facebook feed.

I have been very happy with the service team since then. And now I wanted to upgrade my drive to an Outlander. I worked with Darien Ivery who was very personable and knowledgeable about the Outlander and answered all my questions and walked me through the buying process which was very straightforward. Also allowed me to take a couple of Outlanders for test drives. Also worked with Jim the credit manager to close the deal. He also was personable and put me at ease during all the forms requiring my initials and signatures. OVERALL, I give Darien and Biggers Mitsubishi an 11 out of 10. And look forward to working with them in the future.

2019 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

2014 Ford Escape review
Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

2023 Audi Q5 review
This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

2021 Jeep Wrangler review
I have a 2021, 2 door, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Is it a decent vehicle - yes. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But if you like to drive with the roof off, don't mind bouncing around on the road a little bit....and it is bouncing around, ok with the wind noise, then this is the vehicle for you. The V6 engine is decent. Do the maintenance and it will be fine long term. I have the manual transmission. Works fine and makes it more enjoyable to drive. It is a very nimble vehicle, no problem on the highway, comfortable, and the noise is not that bad when travelling. Is it a vehicle I would drive in bitterly cold winters and icy roads - I am in Canada where winter is winter and -40 is real....nope I would not. However there are thousands of people around here that do. This vehicle is an acquired taste with a variety of uses, applications, and lots of strengths. Does it have many weaknesses - no not really. But you need to be sure why you have it, accept its nuances - which are not that bad, and enjoy it!! It is a fun vehicle to have especially in the summer when the sun is blazing!!!

2018 Jeep Compass review
I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. 2023 Volvo XC60 review
This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. 2022 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLC 43 review
Excellent vehicle. Great mix of value, performance, comfort and looks. I've had 2 Audis and a Mercedes in the past and this is by far my favorite of them all. I am able to fit a baby seat in the back and it's a little smaller than I'd like but it's perfect for what I need. There are also a lot of after market performance mods for those that are interested.

2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!
2024 Dodge Hornet review
After about a month of ownership, this is easily the most interesting car I’ve ever owned. It doesn’t feel like a typical Dodge at all, which is exactly why I bought it. The interior is genuinely nice, with soft-touch materials and real buttons where you actually want them. The driving experience is quick and responsive, and the plug-in hybrid system is perfect for short daily drives where I can stay in electric mode most of the time. What really stands out is how people react to it. Everyone assumes it’s something European, and when I tell them it’s a Dodge, there’s always a moment of confusion. It definitely feels more like an Alfa Romeo wearing a Dodge badge, in a good way. There are a few quirks. The app can be a little dramatic with old alerts, and you can tell it’s a newer platform still finding its footing. But nothing has impacted actual drivability. The car has been solid so far. The value is where this really shines. At the price I paid, it feels like I got way more car than expected. It’s fun, different, and doesn’t blend into the sea of generic crossovers. If you want something practical but still a little bit unique, this is worth a look. Also removed the dealership sticker immediately. I’m not providing free advertising.

2022 Alfa Romeo Stelvio review
SuperTourer - love my 2019 Stelvio Lusso more each day. Owned it 3 years - bought with 28000 miles now at 84000! No squeaks, no rattles, no mechanical issues - drives and feels rock solid, strong, nimble, and eager to roll. The Lusso is very comfortable with posh leather seats. Does anyone else think Alfas are way underrated!?

My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.

2025 Audi Q6 e-tron review
My first EV and a ton of fun to drive. Loaded with tech but it does take a while to get it all working. Fortunately, Audi has free phone support and they are great. The car is so smart, it tells you when to take you foot off the accelerator and slows the car down when you approach an intersection with stopped traffic. Amazing! The car handles well with a low center of gravity, accelerates well and gets the advertised mpeg. My car averages 3.2 miles/KW in mixed driving which is right at 307 miles per full charge, although you should never run it down to 0%. On a 160 mile trip with some stop and go traffic, the car used 50% total charge so my range anxiety is gone. On a fast charger, it starts at 135 KW/hr slowing decreasing to 90. That translates into a reasonable 25 minutes 30-80% charge. I had great reservations trading in my pristine BMW M550i, but it turned out to be a smart move. Buy one!

2016 Volvo XC60 review
Poised is the best word for it. Handles great in comparison to my older XC90 I had, has great power for an SUV. In comparison to things like the crosstrek with 180hp, the VW Atlas with 180hp, this little guy has over 270hp. Drives great, amazing safety features, I just really enjoy my car. Had it almost 3 months now and I still love really enjoy driving it everywhere.
