I have been looking for a long time. Did not know what I wanted and didn’t see anything I liked. My family was telling me for years that I needed a new car, my 22 year old car was falling apart but still driving very smoothly- the family was always afraid I would get stuck somewhere in the boondocks and they were very concerned. So I took it more seriously - went to dealers and did not find anything that appealed to me - my daughter sent me a whole lot of cars she thought I might be interested in. I picked that blue Subaru - she decided to test drive it and she liked it a lot - next day we met and Alfred he drove the car to show me - he did not even get out of the car yet and I said that is the car - that is my car - the rest is history- I took the car home the next day!

2023 Toyota Crown review
First let me say that this car is a freaking tank. I had two hits and I swear I had lost half my right side or the back. Each time the car has shown how durable and safe the material is. I expected to go to a repaid guy after scraping the side of concrete, and then noticed that there was no scratches at all. This car can take a beaten and love it for it.

It was Greg Reantillo and we had some questions about a couple cars in the lot and a couple we had seen on-line. Greg was very helpful, knowledgeable about all and any car we had questions about. What a great dealership! After being mislead at another local dealership (drove 2 hours to get to this one, rhymes with tow), I called to see if another vehicle was still available. To my luck, Brandon with Rusty Drewing Toyota answered and was nothing but exceptional during our visit! He quickly got me a response and made sure the vehicle was ready as I was pulling in. We ended up driving this vehicle home that same day because of Brandon and his EXCELLENT customer service and overall great experience at this dealership! Usually you get the overly sales pitched, on top of you, annoying and usually somewhat dishonest sales person at a car dealership, not at Rusty's! You will be treated like family! Offered, drinks, snacks, a play area for kids and down right honest conversations, where you know you get a fair trade, and a quality vehicle at a price you can achieve! Brandon did nothing but process this deal quickly (which I appreciated with two young kids under five and the hubby not with me that day), honestly and openly tell me about pricing and financing options, offered us a great vehicle and made it an easy process! He even has the best marketing, leaving you lots of his fun stickers so you know who to call and who to refer, which I have been doing since buying from Brandon at Rusty's! Our finance associate was also FANTASTIC! He was quick and kind in explaining details and options and made the process easy too! To top it off, during that time, they offered our family a trip to their "candy store and ice cream" at the dealership, helping to keep my kiddos and myself happy during a process that does take a little time. After finishing things up we were gifted a nice wine bottle and some more of Brandon's personal goodies (snow scrapper, car koozies, etc.)! I have never felt more VIP at a dealership! I wish we lived closer so I could service all my vehicles through this dealership. It's really like none other! You'll need to find my guy Brandon because he's the BEST! He'll take care of you like family and keep the process enjoyable and light hearted too! 2023 Toyota Crown review
I'm writing this review as I'm shopping for another Toyota Crown. I was in a very bad accident last week and my 2023 Crown was totaled. The collision avoidance system blew the airbags before I was hit and even angled the car to concentrate the hit in the safest place for me as a passenger. The emergency alert system instantly called 911. I walked away with only some minor airbag burns and seatbelt bruises. I love this car for keeping me safe and alive. Before it was wrecked, I enjoyed its amazing gas mileage, beautiful styling and comfortable driving for 9 months and 9k miles. I loved this car and can't wait to get another one.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.
