Fortunately Wes had the right car that met our price range and needs. Manolo was especially patient explaining the many features and how to operate the RAV4. He called days later to check if we had questions on operating the RAV4. We also use and are pleased with the Miller Toyota Service Department. Notice the many Miller Toyota logo's and license plate holders you see while driving. It says a lot about Miller Toyota and their employees.

I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

2019 Toyota Highlander review
I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about how they treat their customers. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. Zee was absolute pleasure to work with on the floor. Right from the beginning, Zee listened closely to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect fit. There was absolutely none of that annoying, high-pressure sales tactic you usually get at car dealerships. Zee was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every single one of my questions so I felt completely confident in my decision. Once it was time to finalize everything, Sam stepped in and made the financing and paperwork side of things a breeze.
