2022 Toyota Prius review
This is a great car. Had it for almost two years now. One of the previous reviews said it was too small for a 6.1 guy, but I am 6.2 and it is very comfortable, but if you are significantly overweight it maybe a tight fit. This car is still made in Japan and it's so much better than the junk put out by GM that's for sure. It's kind of goofy to blame the federal government for making you buy the car. Thank goodness for a federal government that is trying to clean the air and help the working man is all I can say.

Sheehy Hyundai of ChantillyReviews
Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly review
We recently purchased a Hyundai Elantra from Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly, and the team made it a great experience from start to finish. We arrived late in the day, and Ben Shabib welcomed us right away. He patiently showed us as many options as we wanted to see, with no rush and no pressure. He took the time to help us find the right car for us and made the entire process comfortable and easy. Once we found the one, Bruno Calderon, Finance Manager, walked us through all the available financing and protection options. Again, there was no rush and no pressure—just clear explanations and plenty of time to make our decisions. Overall, we had a great experience with the entire team at Sheehy Hyundai of Chantilly. We truly appreciated their patience, professionalism, and no-pressure approach. Definitely recommended!
2023 Toyota Prius review
I just retired and got my XLE 7 months ago. I was lucky to get it. Someone else decided to pass on it. I have some upgrades like the 12 inch screen and glass top. I would have never purchased a Pruis before this new model. So far, I absolutely love it. I don’t drive it like a sports car, so I am getting 53.5 to 54,5 mpg. It is amazing to spend $12 dollars on gas every two weeks instead of $30 to $40 every week like I use to. I really love the design. I have cutting edge silver. It isn’t quite as luxurious as other cars I have had but that wasn’t why I purchased it. I think it can last me the rest of my life.

Annapolis Hyundai review
This dealership is the best around!!! We really got an amazing deal and paid way less than the MSRP. Not only that the process was extremely easy. I have two little ones and Mike was able to work with me by getting all the paper work set up before I came in. They also worked on getting me the lowest rate for financing. We ended up getting the Palisades. It is a fantastic SUV with a ton of space and amazing features. I love that it rides like a luxury high end vehicle but didn’t come with the crazy price tag. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them.

2023 Toyota Prius review
So far so good. This is my first Prius. I have the All wheel drive version and what a pleasure it is to drive. Plenty of passing power. I am fairly heavy footed in this Prius, so my gas mileage is more like 48mpg. But as another reviewer stated, if your trips are very short, the mileage suffers if the motor is not warmed up yet. Otherwise I’ve seen 72mpg after a 26 mile drive. That’s impressive to say the least. Has a small 10.5 gallon gas tank but it can still achieve close to 500 miles on a tank of gas. My two complaints. The back of the car is prone to dust sticking to the piano black plastic exterior. It’s seems cheap and lacking. Also, my elderly parents cannot get in and out of this vehicle easily. But once they are in, the drive is very pleasant. Especially when you get nearly instant power when stepping on the accelerator, this is faster than my supercharged Honda Civic was. Plus the Prius is quieter and grippier with all wheel drive.

Ourisman LexusReviews
Ourisman Lexus review
★★★★★ Best Car-Buying Experience of My Life – Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang are absolute legends at Lexus of Rockville From the very first inquiry to driving home in our gorgeous 2021 Black Onyx LX 570 with my wife and kids, including our 9-month-old baby, the entire team at Lexus of Rockville made this the smoothest, most transparent, and genuinely enjoyable purchase I’ve ever had — and we’ve bought a lot of vehicles. Tony Rincon is hands-down the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. Zero pressure, lightning-fast responses even over Thanksgiving week, detailed photos and videos every time I asked, and he treated my family (including the baby) like his own. Tony never “sold” me — he just helped me fall in love with the perfect Lexus. Owen Stepp, the Sales Director, went so far above and beyond it’s almost unbelievable. He personally reworked numbers multiple times (including the day before Thanksgiving), honored every promise, and delivered the strongest trade-in I’ve ever received on my 2024 4Runner — thousands above every published value. Owen’s integrity and willingness to make the deal perfect turned what could have been a negotiation into a true partnership. James Wang in Finance was the perfect closer — completely transparent, no high-pressure add-ons, walked me through every single line item with patience and clarity, and made the paperwork painless while I held the baby. In an industry that can feel stressful, Tony, Owen, James, and the whole Ourisman Lexus of Rockville team turned it into one of the happiest memories we have. As a 100 % disabled veteran with a young family, the respect, kindness, and honesty they showed us meant the world. If you’re anywhere in Maryland (or willing to make the drive), ask for Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang. You will not find a better team or a better experience anywhere. We absolutely love our “new-to-us” LX 570 and we’re already looking forward to our next purchase with these guys. Thank you, Tony, Owen, and James — you have customers for life! Happy Thanksgiving. 2022 Toyota Prius review
I drive for Uber, and this is the perfect car for ride-share drivers. I did previously drove an Acura MDX which was more comfortable and luxurious, but at 21 mpg it just didn't make since. The dealer was surprised and asked if I was trading it for the Prius, I assured him I knew what I was doing. Turns out it is the smartest car I have ever owned and for me was a very smart purchase. Do not give it a 2nd thought if you are on the fence. I can get Luggage into the back that surprises people with the amount of space, way more that a sedan with a regular trunk, and the ride is surprisingly comfortable. I am averaging 54 mpg which is just phenomenal. As a bonus the maintenance and tires are way cheaper to maintain and replace too. These are built in Japan and it shows quality wise.

2024 Toyota Prius review
Amazing milage and appearance. I love the look, very futuristic. I drove for 3 hours at 75 or better on the interstate and still averaged 46 mpg. Around the town its normally in the upper 50s and more often than not in the low 60s mpg. Im very happy and expect to keep this car for many years. The areas that can use improvement is the highway noise and the very poor sounding stereo that I'm soon replacing. I was surprised that the car didn't have factory window tinting as well. I have had this car just under a month and I never seem them on the road. I love the safety features and I was surprised to learn the car drives itself. The large screen is great for displaying my cell phone information. It even gives a summary of the trip you just completed.

I’ve been a dedicated Toyota customer for the past ten years, and Koons Toyota Tysons continues to deliver an exceptional experience. My recent purchase of a 2026 4Runner TRD Off-Road was outstanding from start to finish. Maria Lazo, Sales Consultant, provided exceptional customer care and made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Azmi Sabah, Business Manager, offered an exceptional level of support while guiding me through financing options and was extremely resourceful in helping me understand warranty coverage choices. Thank you to the entire team for exceeding my expectations once again!
2016 Toyota Prius review
this is the third prius we have bought new. '01, '06 and '16. each time the car was a little larger, engine a little more powerful and better fuel economy each time. each has been very dependable - none have never left us broken down on roadside after total of around 410,000 miles of driving them. original tires are low rolling resistance, so make sure you get low rolling resistance tires when replacing the tires as they make big difference in mpg. my truck is more comfortable, but it weighs over 6000 lbs and gets 10 mpg, so only use it when necessary. have taken the prius on 5000 mile trips with no discomforts to speak of. (i am 6-1, 250#) another car i have has much better performance, but it passes everything but gas stations. all in all, even though i have 7 cars, the prius is my daily driver and the '16 has averaged about 55 mpg overall. just wish it was available in a convertible :)

Herb Gordon SubaruReviews
Herb Gordon Subaru review
I test drove a lot of cars before deciding on a Subaru. After driving the same car for 14 years, I had a hard time deciding on what I wanted, so I ended up driving a lot of different makes and models and visiting a lot of dealerships. Which means I also interacted with a lot of different salespeople. So when I say Brandon was the best salesperson I worked with, I don't say that lightly. Hands down, he stood out from everyone else. He was on top of everything from the beginning - responsive, organized, knowledgeable, and always followed through on what he said he would do. What I appreciated most was that he never made me feel pressured or rushed. He was available when I had questions, but never did the stereotypical pushy salesperson routine that makes car shopping so exhausting. Most importantly, he came across as a genuinely nice person. Honest, respectful, patient, and easy to talk to. Buying a car can be stressful, but working with him was refreshingly straightforward. If you're an introvert who dreads buying a car because it means interacting with a bunch of new people, Brandon is really good at reading the room and making you feel comfortable. If you're an extrovert, the same applies. He has a way of meeting people where they are and making them feel welcome without ever seeming fake or over-the-top. Out of all the dealerships I visited and all the salespeople I dealt with during my search, Brandon stood out by a mile. He made the entire experience feel easy and low-pressure, and I always felt like he was focused on helping me find the right car rather than just making a sale. I don't usually write reviews, so the fact that I'm taking the time to write one should tell you how positive this experience was. The rest of the team at Herb Gordon was great too, which only reinforced the positive impression Brandon made from the start. If you're looking for someone who will treat you with respect, listen to what you want, and make the car-buying process as painless as possible, I highly recommend working with Brandon.
2013 Toyota Prius review
I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.

Went in without the intention of purchasing a vehicle, but Fred Fon and Jorge made the process so easy and with numbers I couldn’t pass the opportunity. Fred was very attentive and heard all my wants for a vehicle and showed me around, taking note of my price point. With a seamless process I was able to get in and out less than three hours with a new car. Mind you at no point did I ever feel pressured or had a poor experience. Jorge made sure I knew all my options for financing and went into detail what each option was and how it would benefit me. Once again there was no pressure to purchase everything. They kept my needs and budget their priority. Thank you for a seamless process and a new vehicle.

2022 Toyota Prius review
This is my second Prius. I am bullish on Toyota autos. The stereo system is awesome. I purchased this vehicle to obtain great fuel mileage. This model year's Prius generates better fuel economy than the 2007 model I previously owned. The safety features prevent accidents due to unavoidable blind spots when viewing oncoming traffic thru the side-view mirrors. Pitfalls: less rear trunk storage space than the 2007 model. The center console box has less volume. I demanded a donut spare tire when I purchased this model. Not all models have donut spare tires. I do not think this is a auto to have in a cold climate state - - yearly issue of snow/ice and below freezing temps.

very nice place had friendly staff who wasn't overly pushy with the sales pitch.
2025 Toyota Prius review
There’s a lot of negative stuff in this review. Be that as it may, I’m happy with the car. Toyota revamped the Prius design for 2025. I was one of the few who liked the previous “space capsule” look - the new one looks a lot like a Tesla 3. It’s fine; not terribly distinctive, but sleek and attractive. I get compliments. They tweaked the mileage with this design, and I know exactly how: it’s smaller. I can’t reach into the rear seat footwell by putting my arm between the seat and the wall; zero room. I can’t rest my elbow on the window sill and place my hand along the top of the window; too short. There’s no glasses holder at the top of the windshield. (And there’s no rear-window wiper. Pretty annoying, but at highway speed the slipstream keeps it clear.) The center console requires that the driver be a contortionist if they hope to use it while driving; and the compartment itself is quite small. I often misjudge how to slip into a parking slot because I sit so much closer to the edge of the car than in previous Prii. All that said, I like it. Mileage is, indeed, good. The ride is comfy, though I’ve never owned a cushy car. I’ve never much liked the steering on the Prius (this is my third), and it feels vague and disconnected, but it’s serviceable. It’s low to the ground, and the driver’s position is low relative to the windows - first car I’ve ever needed a cushion to raise me up to where I could see well enough not to regularly be running over curbs in turns. I use *two* cushions! Never before. The complete suite of safety features is great. I believe that I (and others in the road) are safer for them. Connection with my iPhone is usually seamless. As with most cars, the multitude of computer options can be daunting and frustrating, but a conference with the manual and/or a search engine usually sets things right. Pick-up is actually pretty decent! I feared that my first Prius (2006 I think) would get me run over by a truck if I ever needed to scoot out of the way - very little scooting was available. That’s much better now. And unlike so many other people, I don’t really think about gas prices. On those exceptional trips (mostly downhill, I assume) when I get to my destination and read “Average mileage: 67 MPG” or even 82 rare occasions, I chuckle to myself.

2018 Toyota Prius review
My previous car was a 2014 Prius. The 2018 has added safety features which are very valuable, & has even better mileage, and a very smooth drive --handles well. However, there is less trunk & glove box space, & it is more complicated to work some of the features, such as setting the clock. On the 2014, all I had to do was press the hr & min buttons. On the 2018, I had to watch a youtube a few times, & then it took me a few tries to reset the clock.

Fantastic redesign of the popular hybrid car. This is a sports car that gets 47 plus MPG. I ordered mine in May of 2022 and recieved it in May of 2023. Well worth the wait. XLE with AWD with incredible performance for a hybrid. Don't waste your money on a Tesla this car is better and with Toyota reliability! No, I don't work for Toyota just love their cars. 2024 Toyota Prius review
Unlike prior versions of the Prius, my 2024 Prius is a REAL car. It has plenty of power (196 hp), handles very well, and looks sharp (eliciting many positive comments). I am getting gas mileage between 45 and 55 MPG, with one reading in excess of 60 MPG on the highway at 60 MPH and cruise control on. Downside is that the rear seat may be too small for large adults and the trunk is on the smaller side, but the rear seats fold, so not a problem for most shopping forays. BTW, I am 6'4" tall and have over an inch and one-half headroom. I consider this a great automobile if you don't need an SUV. Good work Toyota!

I found my new ( used) vehicle online. Made an appointment for test drive. No pressure. The purchasing experience was easy and they worked with me to get as close as possible to my desired payment. Marc was one of the people I worked with. I recommend checking them out.
2015 Toyota Prius review
Overall, 5 for reliability and value. 1) Surprisingly lots of room for packing my ceramics pottery, throwing wheel, lumber (just have to leave the hatch open and tie things down). Back seat goes down 60/40 split bench gives some options, too. 2) Good gas mileage. 3) I like the display/dashboard and different view options. 4) I did track my mileage, but it's so consistent with the low mileage that I stopped tracking miles/gallon. 5) POWER mode is good for acceleration. Used it for very steep hills and occasionally for merging on freeways. 6) Tire pressure warning light works well, since I had a slow leak that need attention once every couple of weeks. 7) Center armrest has deep, narrow storage and includes a USB port (use it for my music) and another cigarette lighter charger port. Could do better (4): 1) VISIBILITY: the driver side, looking left has a blind spot that is a problem when looking for pedestrians and oncoming vehicles on the left; when looking right there is less of a problem. The cause is section of the car that supports the roof to the body. The steep slope of the metal covers up a lot, as opposed to if the metal were to come down perpendicular to the ground that support piece would be shorter and it would take care of the visibility issue. 2) Cabin space: a) the dashboard seems of take up a lot of space, b) as well as the center, two-tier design that includes the shifter, 2 cup holders, and the storage compartment above; below is a flat, storage area w/ a port for a cigarette lighter type charger. Should've lowered the shifter and cup holders. 3) Water pump - I replaced it, but it should be noted in the service manual for technicians to somehow check that routinely since failure is a major problem. If you're aware of this problem, then be on the alert and let your service tech know about it. 4) Disc brakes - I moved to a place close to the ocean. Needed to resurface the disc and replace the pads because of rust. Someone told me that the Prius is better in urban, city areas. Makes sense. So I shoot down my brakes with water and drive it around every few days. 5) Low front spoiler, so need to be careful curbing and uneven terrain. Overall, I like my Prius 3. Had it for 7 years and like it. Would recommend it more for urban areas especially. Rural areas need to cautious of the terrain and need to be aware of corrosion issues if near the ocean, since the salt will affect the disc brakes (and obviously anything metal).
