Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I purchased this car used for my daughter due to the safety and styling. I didn't realize how much I would enjoy driving it. It really hugs the road and I am a little sad that I won't be the primary driver. I won't have to worry about my daughter hauling more than one friend around because there seems to be little leg room in the back row. It should be a good, safe car to take to college.
