Casey Toyota! Thank you for taking care of us at a moment’s notice. Our hatchback stopped working as we were unloading for our stay in Williamsburg. We drove straight to the dealership, took us rite in and fixed the problem. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I come from a Toyota nation of many years. Great job for taking pride in what you do, Toyota is very big on custom service and it was definitely shown today. THANK YOU!!!!

Red Noland Ineos Grenadier review
Experience across the board has been fantastic. Eric G was great on the front-end sale and has followed-up regularly to check on the vehicle. When I told him of some issues, he immediately got me scheduled into Service. John from Service had someone pick up my car and leave me a loaner. He kept me informed on the whole process which took exactly how long he said it would up front. Next day my Gren was delivered back all ready to go. Can't recommend this guys strong enough.

North Coast Mitsubishi West ClevelandReviews
North Coast Mitsubishi West Cleveland review
Steevy was outstanding. Couldn’t be happier with how he kept up with my through my complicated insurance process. Made sure I was taken care of and did his best to accommodate me in any way he was able. Him and Nick went above and beyond to make sure I got the best rate I could, and make sure I was happy with everything. Steevy took care of missing floor mats for me, and made sure that before I left everything was cleaned the way I was happy with. Nick took time to check out different banks with me and did a very detailed breakdown of the whole financial game plan. Very impressed with Steevy in the way that he kept up with me and made sure I was satisfied with my dealing with them. Incredibly happy with my experience.

Dmitry was very friendly from the start and by that I mean not pushy which could be a turn off. He explained all the details of the car we were interested in. Very patient, he stayed with us the whole process of purchasing the vehicle. I really enjoyed working with him and would definately come back if ever I needed another vehicle. You're the best Dmitry. Thanks for everything.

Douglas INFINITI review
Although my wife and I were interested in a vehicle at another dealership, we decided to pay Douglas Infiniti a visit. They had a similar vehicle available and were close to home. We were met by Steven who did not pressure us and understood we wanted to do our due diligence prior to making a purchase. So after our visit to Douglas we decided to see the vehicle at the other dealership. Making the stop at Doglas Infiniti made it a difficult choice for us. No only was their option a better fit for us, Steven ultimately made us an offer we could not turn down. Steven and the management at Douglas Infiniti did what they said and we are greatful to them. No pressure, no haggling, just honesty and integrity. I would absolutely do business with Steven and the team at Douglas Infiniti again.

Fabio & the team were great to work with. The car is in the process of being transported, but the car looks just like what I have been looking for. Fabio did a video of the exterior & interior, pointing out a chip on the exterior. Pricing was great! I have been looking for this vehicle in Phoenix, but was able to find it for about $5k less at this dealership in Texas. Granted I am having to have it shipped, but it was a very reasonable shipping price. Awaiting the vehicle's arrival, but so far it has been a great process! Looking forward to receiving my 2024 new car!

After being blown off by a Salesman on my first visit, Korbin came to the rescue! He was patient, personable, knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly.....as was Vernon. Am having a couple issues with the vehicle but feel certain all will be addressed and resolved soon.

By far one the best dealerships I’ve been too period. Special shoutout to Louis and Mateo Escobar with helping work to get a good deal and their mangers JP and Sergio. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal but to also get the chance to talk to some of the best sales representatives I’ve ever meet
