Took my car for service and it was diagnosed with a failed Coolant Pump . Mine is under 50 K miles. I requested the Tech to help me and it was escalated to the Service director. I also opened a ticket with BMW corporate. The BMW team and the Service Director worked among themselves and decided to fix the issue with minimal cost to me. Really appreciated the gesture. The tech at BMW Bellevue was very helpful in explaining the issue , empathizing and helping resolve the issue with his Director.

I was able to quickly be seen, vehicle was evaluated, parts were available, and I scheduled to drop the car off the next morning. The Subaru location is beautiful and easily seen from the interstate, which is the reason why I ended up in Buda with my car. The work was completed that I had approved and I was able to get my car back the same day. A loaner vehicle was brought up, if the vehicle was going to remain for more work, but was not necessary. I was glad to know it was going to be available. Multiple texts and phone calls were made to update me and I loved the ability to approve work through their online system by using my phone. Everything went smoothly and I think most people would enjoy the easy access to what was happening to their vehicle. I will definitely be returning in the future for any work we need. The follow up was appreciated and setting an appointment to test drive the vehicle. When we arrived to the dealership the car was parked out front and ready for us....no usual waiting for this or that. Ames took us out on the first test drive and was very pleasant. I worked with Ryan, Ames, TJ and Keith and they were exceptionally great communicators, kind, and professional. Which we appreciate. After our initial test drive with Ames we made a verbal offer then wanted to take a 2nd test drive. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our purchasing decision. They walked us through everything and even checked on us several times as we waited for Keith to free up to complete our purchase paperwork. Keith went above and beyond agreeing to go on the 2nd test drive with us since he was the most familiar with our used car Ford F150 purchase. After our purchase was completed Keith helped us pair our phones and went over the features of the truck we purchased even though this was not within the scope of his job description. He truly went above and beyond for us. TJ made sure our numbers were correct, explaining the difficulties and limitations of our purchase since we were WA residents and they could not register the car for us. Ryan made sure we were gassed up, cleaned up, keys ready as soon as our paperwork was completed. Their pricing was fair and they worked within our budget and constraints being from Washington. They set the bar for dealership etiquette, customer service and great overall service. Keep up the good work fellas!

2024 BMW X5 M review
If you're looking for a luxurious family hauler that can embarrass most sports cars between stop lights, you've come to the right place. The 2024 BMW X5M LCI is an amazing piece of engineering, able to defy physics with its 617-hp twin turbo V-8, massive tires and brakes, and adaptive suspension. It's no nimble sports car, but you'll be able to take more along for the ride, and bathe them in luxury while still taking your fair share of pink slips from unsuspecting, overly confident drivers who are unaware of what lurks underneath the hood. The price of admission is steep, and it takes a lot of gas to produce a 3.7 second 0-60, but its worth it. I get compliments on the Isle of Mann Green, which looks amazing in the sunlight. idrive 8 is a little buggy at times, but work pretty well on the massive screen. Overall, I'm happy with the vehicle. It ain't perfect, but what is? If you have the means, I suggest you pick one up.
