Used 2023 Ford Escape for sale near Carol Stream, IL

We bought a Kia last week. Trajce was so patient, kind and accommodating. He was very easy to connect with and trust. Once we decided on the right car, the sales process was so easy and fast. In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

Overall, very professional, progressed as a sale should, and they followed through on the details. Car arrived very clean, everything was included as expected. Transport service ran into some issues but they kept me in the loop and went out of their way to get the vehicle to us as quickly as they could (arrived at midnight and the driver still had 1 more stop to make, he was a nice as could be, and had no complaints - that is dedication). We are 180 miles away and Lexus of Naperville will be our new "go to" for Lexus vehicles. Closer dealers are not as transparent, and seem to be in the habit of wasting your time. It is hard to find a dealer that simply wants to sell a vehicle without playing any games. Lexus of Naperville is where you should go - ask for "Brendon" and "AP", they did a nice job. I didn't get a chance to work with her much, but Yvette was also very nice. Zach Paino from "Ship your car safely" was my contact for the transport.

My fifth Escape and the best yet. I have the Platinum model and enjoy the many features that have been added. Wish they still are a hard owners manual.

Today I went in for an oil change for my mom , and I talk to the manager about light grinding noises that I heard when my mom was turning only. Firestone told her she needed brakes and the manager Tony had my mom‘s car pulled up on the lift, and the brakes were fine, but when the mechanic was taking the wheel off, he noticed that there was some play and it turned out to be a wheel bearing. If you’ve ever seen anyone with a wheel that fell off their car on the highway. That probably would’ve been my mom because she Hand some teenager at fire stone Check it out telling her she need brakes. It didn’t make any sense because she just did her brakes like 12,000 miles ago. Always get a second opinion..

Chris does an outstanding job every time I visit. He is very accommodating and always aware of my needs and my time. Only place I service all my vehicles (3) and drive 30 minutes even though there are 2 Chevy dealers much closer.
