Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg review
Michael Z was fantastic to work with! He had the car we were intreated in ready for us to test drive upon our arrival. He was very knowledgeable, which was great because we were making the transition from gas to electric, so his expertise and experience was such a huge bonus. He gave us a very fair price. We were well taken care of during our whole experience. Definitely recommend working with Michael if you go to Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg.

This dealership was to me way down in Pasadena. Truthfully thought about turning around on Wednesday. Decided to keep going. Arrived and was met by Robert, a totally up front individual. He pulled out the vehicle gave me keys and said try it out, I will talk to you when you return. The professionalism he possessed was exceptional. We had a 45 minute discussion and I bought the vehicle. I explained that I had no way to get back to the business, from just below Towson to pick up the vehicle. Robert didn't hesitate and said not to worry we will work something out. They delivered my vehicle on Friday and gave me gas $. This was totally the exception and a worthwhile experience.

Waise was my salesman and he was wonderful. He was honest with me and he has gone beyond helpful for me. I am very happy with the Subaru I bought from him at High Quality Motors. I recommend them and I thank them for great service and their kindness. If I have questions, even after a month they are still helping me, the car didn’t come with a backup camera so I bought one and Waise installed it for me, such a kind man. Highly recommend High Quality Motors.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Jerry's Leesburg FordReviews
Jerry's Leesburg Ford review
This was, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. I saw a truck that I wanted to purchase with all of the features I wanted, I called up Jerry's and spoke to Anise. He got me a quote within minutes, including a trade in on my van, and got everything ready for me. We were about 3.5 hours away from the dealership, and he made wiring the money and everything very easy. When we came to pick up the truck Anise was there waiting with everything ready. Every other time I've purchased a vehicle it's always some kind of a struggle. Either the dealer wants to mess around with the deal at the last minute (even after everything was already settled over the phone) or there's some last minute paperwork issue that takes hours to resolve. Needless to say I expected the worst when I rolled up to Jerry's. This experience was totally different though! As I said before, everything was ready to go and I was in and out within an hour. No drama, no xx, just great customer service. Love this place, highly recommend it, and this is from someone who hates dealerships!
2020 Ford Explorer review
I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I took a chance and I AM totally satisfied with the service Mike kept Istrate open and honest and I walked out with a 2021 Toyota Camry. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone. I have troubled credit but they still worked with me. Thank you, Mike.

Amazing sales team. No pressure. Honest folks. Will work with them again in the future
2020 Ford Explorer review
I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

Bob Davidson Ford is highly recommended. My husband and I visited the dealership over the weekend while searching for a new vehicle, and we were impressed by the friendly staff. They took the time to answer all our questions and concerns without making us feel rushed. We plan to return this week to take a closer look at a model we're interested in, and hopefully, drive it home with us. If you're looking for a stress-free car dealership experience, give them a try.

Ourisman LexusReviews
Ourisman Lexus review
★★★★★ Best Car-Buying Experience of My Life – Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang are absolute legends at Lexus of Rockville From the very first inquiry to driving home in our gorgeous 2021 Black Onyx LX 570 with my wife and kids, including our 9-month-old baby, the entire team at Lexus of Rockville made this the smoothest, most transparent, and genuinely enjoyable purchase I’ve ever had — and we’ve bought a lot of vehicles. Tony Rincon is hands-down the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. Zero pressure, lightning-fast responses even over Thanksgiving week, detailed photos and videos every time I asked, and he treated my family (including the baby) like his own. Tony never “sold” me — he just helped me fall in love with the perfect Lexus. Owen Stepp, the Sales Director, went so far above and beyond it’s almost unbelievable. He personally reworked numbers multiple times (including the day before Thanksgiving), honored every promise, and delivered the strongest trade-in I’ve ever received on my 2024 4Runner — thousands above every published value. Owen’s integrity and willingness to make the deal perfect turned what could have been a negotiation into a true partnership. James Wang in Finance was the perfect closer — completely transparent, no high-pressure add-ons, walked me through every single line item with patience and clarity, and made the paperwork painless while I held the baby. In an industry that can feel stressful, Tony, Owen, James, and the whole Ourisman Lexus of Rockville team turned it into one of the happiest memories we have. As a 100 % disabled veteran with a young family, the respect, kindness, and honesty they showed us meant the world. If you’re anywhere in Maryland (or willing to make the drive), ask for Tony Rincon, Owen Stepp, and James Wang. You will not find a better team or a better experience anywhere. We absolutely love our “new-to-us” LX 570 and we’re already looking forward to our next purchase with these guys. Thank you, Tony, Owen, and James — you have customers for life! Happy Thanksgiving. Francisco, Mrs. Gonzalez, kids & baby Lexington Park, MD

DARCARS Ford Kia LanhamReviews
DARCARS Ford Kia Lanham review
I was genuinely impressed with the experience that the dealership's team provided during our recent Volvo purchase. From start to finish, the process was transparent, efficient, and refreshingly customer-focused. Charity, in particular, deserves special recognition. Despite being new, she had clearly done her homework. It never felt rushed or transactional—it felt like working with someone who genuinely cared about getting it right.

Bob Bell Ford Hyundai review
I live in Northern Maryland. I bought this vehicle at Bob Bell Ford/Hyundai which is quite some distance away. The Used Car Sales Manager, Ron, went above and above to help me with this purchase. All people involved went above and beyond to make this happen. Excellent service and excellent care. Our salesman Mikey, and our finance guy Rob. All awesome repot Bob Bell. Bird Bell should recognize these employees. Thank You Everyone involved.

Fitzgerald Chevrolet Frederick review
Amazing communication. Nicely located. Well organized. Everyone we met was positive and not pushy. Jordyn is incredible! He answered our questions well and knew exactly who to ask if he wasn’t sure. Many helpful tips too. I hadn’t been vehicle shopping in a long time, but Jordyn and others made it a much better experience than I anticipated.

Crouse FordReviews
Crouse Ford review
If you are looking for a friendly, courteous place to buy a car it is Crouse Ford. From the moment I walked in the door I felt at ease it what could be a stressful environment. My salesperson was Jim Lash and he was extremely helpful during the test drive and then finding the model I wanted. Debbie Strine led me through the closing process in a relaxed manner and the owner, Dave Crouse, greeted me and thanked me for my new purchase. This was a pleasurable experience and I highly recommend Crouse Ford.
