Went looking for a truck. Brent was able to answer all the questions I had for what I was looking for in a truck. He had the patients to lets me see all the trucks I wanted to look at. Let me test drive the ones I liked. Was able to lead me thru the financing with the great help of Cindy. They found the best rates and payments that fit me. What a wonderful experience. Thank you both for all your hard work and working with me.
I was very upset when I submitted my last post earlier today and I should have taken my issues to a manager. I called back and talked to Joe who is the used car manager. Bill Brown really stepped up and went out of there way to make me happy and I am very grateful. I was picked up by dealership, given a loaner car and was assured they would be retrieving my broken down vehicle! I would definitely take my business back here and recommend it to anyone else. Thanks guys! Great way to handle this situation! If this should happen to anyone again I hope they can expect the same from you.
Came in this morn.which what I thought was a huge trans.problem on my 2012 Ford Focus Jim in service quickly advised me on a trans module extended waranty by Ford . Fixed the problem in 4 hrs. Drove me home picked me up ,fixed 4 door latches on re-call and washed the car. Very satisfied!!
Wow what a great team that Taylor Ford dealership has. I work with Jamie Miller In the purchasing of a preowned 2010 F150 4 x 4. I believe she went beyond her responsibilities as far as the sales person goes to make sure that I can get into the truck, she put me in touch with Cindy Roy in the financing department I was able to drive my new truck home that day. Bought a used SUV from here. My sales person was Matt G. and he was a pleasure to work with.. when I called on a different vehicle on a Monday, it had sold the previous Saturday. Matt checked the lot and found a similar vehicle that had just come in on trade that had the features I wanted. The car needed to be inspected, serviced and detailed, so I had to wait until the end of the week to pick it up. I asked if it could be ready sooner, but Bill Brown Ford is meticulous in their vehicle service and detailing, so I had to wait, BUT, Matt generously offered me a (free) loaner to use! I did not expect that! I was really blown away by Matt's care and concern about my lack of transportation and having to share a vehicle with my spouse and juggle work, appointmentss and life around one family car. My dad had bought and leased cars through Bill Brown Ford for over 20 years and always raved about their customer service. Now, I too, can vouch for this dealership. THANK YOU MATT GRIEBAULT!!!!!!!!!
My wife and I recently bought a Ford Flex from Taylor Ford. The reason we chose Taylor Ford is because in the course of monitoring various dealers in the area the dealership contact person was so helpful and professional that I had to call back. John Kovach was that person and two days later we drove off the lot in our car. I don't buy vehicles without doing the research so that said, we will return to Taylor Ford in the future. I was concerned that they wouldn't finish my oil change in the time frame they quoted, but I didn't realize they have 3 bays to work on the cars! Just about then my name was called, I paid, and was on my way!
I recently purchased a used Ford Flex from Bill Brown Ford. Roy Mewton was my sales person and treated me very fair and I think I got a great deal and a great vehicle. The entire staff acted professionally and I would highly recommend them on your next car purchase.
I love coming to Varsity Lincoln whenever I need an oil change. They are attentive as soon as you pull in. Without having an appointment, I usually get my oil changed within an hour. They will follow-up with you as soon if possible if additional work has to be done. They will also alert you to any possible future maintenance. Although I did not purchase this car from Varsity Lincoln, my future car will definitely be purchased through this dealership.
I leased another car today 10/24/2018. It's my 3rd from Hines Park. The reason I've returned 3 times is Delores Sciberras. I have just retired needed to save money. I thought it was a long shot , to turn my lease in early and lease a new car. The payment is actually less. I thought it was a long shot. Delores made it happen, she's honest tells it like it is. Saving as much money for the customer, very knowledgeable goes out of her way. I'm a Ford retiree whose family members come to when they need a truck or car. I've dealt with lots of car dealers, Hines Park by far is the best. Why, because they have Delores Sciberras.The art of selling a car with honesty. Something thats unfortunately is rare at other car dealers.
Can't say enough about my experience with Hines Park and Allen Oxley. Top notch professionalism no matter if it's an oil change or purchasing a new vehicle. Hands down the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. If you're in the market to buy a new car or truck, do yourself a favor and go see Al.
The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
Had a slow leak in tire and thought they repaired for free since I leased car from their dealership... otherwise I would have went to discount tire... charged for putting boot in tire
