The last two times I have been in for service the customer service reps act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. They sit behind their desk and don’t come out into the garage to greet you when you drive up. When I walked in to where they are seated they all just sit there and act like you are interrupting them. My lease is up in a few months and their customer service has me thinking about going elsewhere for a new car
Can???t say enough about Mandy Archer! She listens to her customer???s wants and needs, she is knowledgeable about her product, and is so professional and personable. She made it so easy! We drove from Grand Junction, CO to work with Mandy on our new vehicle purchase, totally worth it!
Not only did they go above and beyond in all measures to make sure I was satisfied with the car, but you can tell they actually care about you and aren???t just trying to make the sale! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone/everyone! Great sales managers too!

I had a 13-year-old car to trade (very sad; love that car) and cash to spend on a new used car. Matthew was excellent to work with after searching online, finding one I thought would work, confirming its availability and then finally arranging an appointment and test drive. I felt listened to, understood and absolutely valued as someone important to him that day and the dealership overall. The whole transaction was smooth ??? and I wasn't the only one. It seemed to me that day that all of the sales people and customers were having good experiences. They must be doing something right! I would recommend Matt and Shortline without hesitation.
I was impressed with the sales people's desire to be transparent and give me as much information as quickly as possible. They had the extremely competitive rates and were willing to explain everything. No hidden fees! thank you it was a pleasure working with you even though I decided to buy the car closer to home.

Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!
Mike Ward Fiat-Alfa Romeo made my buying experience very enjoyable. My salesman, Drew Phillips, was knowledgeable about the Porsche Boxster I bought. He quickly got to the point of sale without being pushy. The price was very fair for this pristine car. I liked the fact that all of their used cars are thoroughly inspected and serviced and have a report. My car was just out of factory warranty and was sold without an extended warranty, which I could have bought, but their professionalism convinced me that they knew cars and that this was in excellent condition. The dealership facility was spectacular and the folks were friendly. I had fun just seeing the exotic car show that was going on the day I bought the car. I would recommend that car enthusiasts take a tour of this huge, unique dealership loaded with McClarens, Ferraris, Porsches, Alfas and much more. You won't be attacked by a pushy salesman here.
I inquired about a car online. It had just came in so there was no pictures or information. Attila Immediately reached out and took the time to shoot a personal video of the car so I could have a virtual tour. We set an appointment the next day and his outstanding customer service didn't stop there. He let us take a test drive while he Worked out the numbers and evaluated my trade in. When you buy a Car usually you expect the price to keep going up, it in fact was the opposite in my experience. The price we originally expected actually ended up cheaper after they ran the final numbers. The fact they disclosed this and made the adjustment AFTER they knew I was willing to pay more was a very honorable thing. I complexity trust they put the customer first and never felt like they were trying to haggle or GET ME for the most they could. Overall it was Fast, trusting, and and great experience. I recommend going here for you next car!!!

Dean made the purchase of a used vehicle as painless as possible. It was s fairly quick and easy purchase and Dean was pleasant throughout. Pablo in finance was also helpful. We never felt any pressure. However, we at first opted for the extra warranty. We were not told until The final signing that it is a 50% (them) 50% (us) coverage. Also, it is advertised as a three year/100k mile, and much of this period was already covered by the manufacturer at 100%. In the end we purchased the vehicle without the extra protection. We are happy with our minivan!
In early November my wife and I decided to purchase a new truck and began visiting several dealerships in the Denver area. We settled on Emich primarily due to the experience we had with Chaz Valdez and a conversation that I had with Wade Seymour. Chaz took the time to understand what our wishes were re: a new purchase, patient with our questions and considerate of my wife and I as we deliberated on making a purchase and selecting just the right vehicle. Jake was fantastic! Excellent communication. He did what he said he would do, which is rare these days. The entire team was great, but if you’re going to buy a Jeep make sure you ask for Jake in sales!
