I visited and subsequently purchased a new Ford Escape at Norris on Nov 8 2018. My salesman, Jason Catanzariti, was awesome in his knowlege of the Escape and the Edge. He explained to me all the bells and whistles that the Escape and Edge had. It took me a while to decide between the 2 modles and Jason was very patient with me. I recommend Jason highly. Also, the FI Manager, Will Watson, handled the financing of my new vehicle and the extended warranty very quickly and professionally.

We went into this place not knowing what we would find, and looked around for some SUV's. We were assisted by Joe Frey, and he helped us browse for a few hours looking through their diverse selection of cars and SUV's. Everytime we wanted to check out a car Joe would make sure we could get in it and test drive it and feel it out without feeling rushed. We eventually made a purchase at an incredible price, and even after the sale he has gone above and beyond for me and my wife. This place is a great place to pick up a car. the office staff is very polite and fast, and treated us like first class.
