2022 Lincoln Navigator L review
I have the Black label version. The multi-Way seats with massage in the front are absolutely amazing. Even the second row is pretty dad gum comfortable. There is plenty of room for four large adults to be comfortable even on a long trip. As mine is multiple years old and has probably 60,000 miles on it, The air conditioning has a mind of its own and occasionally the blue cruise highway hands-free driving for no reason just stops. The infrared system that looks at my eyeballs and is probably scorching them to be honest during certain parts of the day gets really upset and says that I'm not looking at the road even though I actually am. I always let the car sit when I first started up until the fast idle drops to a slow idle. I change the fluids twice as often as required by Ford. All in all, this has been to date a super reliable and solid vehicle that is extremely comfortable and actually gets great gas mileage on the highway.

He worked with the finance department to get my deal done, despite some negative equity in the car I was trading in. I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else. And I know I wouldn't have gotten better customer service anywhere else. Took the car in today to have detail work done on it, and they gave me a loaner to drive while they did the work. Once again, customer service was second to none. We're loving the 2017 QX70 and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Crossroads Infiniti. Go see Luby and he'll take care of you.

Outstanding customer service - friendly without being gushy, low pressure, low key, relaxed atmosphere. Only ding I could think of is it's an urban dealership and since they carry over 400 cars and trucks, parking is tight on the lot. But there is lots of parking on the street.
2019 Lincoln Navigator L review
Fully supportive seats at last! Not since the seventies have cars offered this much comfort and roominess. The technology is second to none. I considered waiting a year for the upgraded Escalade, but why wait for the unknown while the known provides what I desired. Power, comfort, and all the room I need. Thank you Lincoln. My email correspondence left a lot to be desired when the manager blatantly told me that the car I was looking at was not possible in my price range and did not even send over any alternates, just stopped communicating. I decided to take a chance and still test drive the car I wanted and Meagan was a great sales person. She did additional research on the car and was not pushy but very thorough. Luckily Chad was the manager on staff the day we came and he made the deal happen Rich said was not possible. The buying process was the quickest I have ever experienced and we didn't have to spend half a day waiting in the dealership. Overall I am happy with our purchase and sales experience but the initial disappointment is still a factor.
2019 Lincoln Navigator L review
It has all the bells and whistles and is. comfortable. We haven taken many trips and it holds all our stuff quite well. Good road car with all the different transmission features.

When the bank wasn’t cooperating, Tony stepped in and got me a deal with a better interest rate than the bank was offering. This saves me almost $9k over the course of my loan. Tony also replaced the key fob with a new one, which I’m sure isn’t close to cheap on an Escalade. The lounge is very nice, with free coffee and water. Shuttle service is also provided.

This simply the best big family vehicle period. I drove the 2020 MB GLS(fantastic SUV) the size was why i didnt but it. 2021 Escalade is feels cheap the digital dash is amazing but the lincoln still just feels better.
