I needed to trade in a vehicle i had bought for my husband who had passed. I already have a benz so i brought it into them to get a price on what they would give me. It turns out I left with another. What I personally LOVED was the fact that i was not pressured into buying. I was given time to look around and make a decision without being bombarded by a sales guy. They were fast, courteous and very professional. As for service they have taken care of my 550 convertible. She is an old girl 2009 but i maybe put on a 1000 miles a year. She is in great shape and I usually request Chris in service to work on her. I had an emergency one day and they got me in immediately with no appointment. Brandi the general manager is amazing and if you ever have any concerns or issues she will make it right if given the chance. She really cares about the Mercedes brand and her customers. I recently moved out of state and i’m terrified to go to anyone else bc I trust them so much. However, when i decide to buy my 3rd i can assure you it will be there. I can’t say enough good things about them with all my years of business.

The dealership was very time conscience and trying to police me even when there was a time-consuming client buy a car before me. Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines has an excellent customer service department, my customer service advisor is a very fun and energetic guy, Melvin every time I need him all I got to do is call him and he never said no or I’m to busy (even when they are) he makes me feel like if he is there only to serve me and there no other customers. He also makes me feel like if I know him for ever. I always look forward to see him every time my car needs a change of tires or a problem with my car. And there is another person that works in there( I think his the manager that takes care of the cars that come in for service) Spanish guy, he also goes beyond to help Melvin and myself. Love the service.
