Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

When I arrived, I let the Associate know as to the service requested, but also mentioned that I was unsure if I had also requested that my tires be rotated. I was meet with a no problem, we will take care of it. I let him know if they were busy and unable to that was okay, and his response was not a problem -- we got it. I was there for a little over an hour. Upon cashing out, he reminded me that the next time I came in for service to not hesitate to ask if an additional service can be done and they would take care of it. Did so, had the usual wait for the finance guy, and walked away with a new leased car.

I foundMichael at seattle mini service to be very knowledgeable on what was available for my car and how long it would take and was very helpful in me planning how I was going to leave it overnight and accommodating for the that I Possiblywasn’t going to be able to get there the day that it was gonna be available Also, I had said how much I miss having my car vacuumed out Before Covid had stopped that service and when I picked up my car, it was vacuumed. I was so happy.
