DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 GT 14,000 MI. WATER PUMP LEAKED AND FOUND DEFECTIVE. (SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

We came to carmax after looking at a few cars at other dealerships. We loved that carmax doesn't have any hidden fees. Spencer, in Warwick MA, was amazingly helpful and we are so grateful to have worked with him! Thank you so much.
2019 MINI Convertible review
i am very pleased with my MINI. Still feels upscale, nothing but fun, great stereo and i often receive compliments at lights and drive-throughs. i love this thing and i can wash and wax it in just a few minutes! my one recommendation - add some padding to the seat.

Everyone has been very conscientious and courteous checking back with me to determine what I want and if I was aware of the age of the vehicle. They also informed me that their service department wanted to work on some issues with the car and that they would let me know what they did and what work they believe still needs to be completed.
2021 MINI Convertible review
This is such a fun car! It is great to drive and handles well. I have the convertible and it has been a delight to take family and friends around in the Mini. I feel like I'm in a movie as I drive a long - even when going to the grocery store!

CarMax Ellicott City review
I wanted to purchase a new vehicle. The vehicle I seen online I thought was a great car, Mr. Joel Lisman found me a even better car with less miles and cheaper then the car I was looking at. Once I came to pick up the vehicle I was at Carmax for less than an hour, then I was driving away in my new car. 😁
2019 MINI Convertible review
I wanted something fun and sporty, yet fuel efficient, for my commuter car. Wow! This car is a blast to drive! I'm 6'3", and I fit just fine with plenty of head and leg-room. It is snug with the performance seats, but you soon get used to that, and it makes taking corners fun. Sport-mode shoots you off the mark. The car has all the tech features you want and the convertible top makes your kids through up their hands. I love it!

CarMax Miami (International Mall)Reviews
CarMax Miami (International Mall) review
Had a car shipped from NJ to the Doral Office. Needless to say, the car was not in show condition. The manager, Andrew, quickly attempted to correct the issue but the car was NOT for us. Andrew took the time to find something comparable and we ended up purchasing that one! Andrew sent above and beyond. He passed me the Michael Castillo to complete the sale, and again, Michael went above and beyond in making sure everything was in order. While I would give poor marks to the NJ Carmax, i give great marks to the Doral location for making things right.

Love the Mini Cooper S convertible. It drives live a bullet and is heavy as a tank. The styling is so elegant. Most fun car I’ve ever owned.

Good response time and very professional. They didn’t negotiate much and we were unable to close a deal- but overall professional and easy experience.
2019 MINI Convertible review
This is my second Mini convertible, my previous one was a 2007... I also own a 2014 Mini Clubman. I just LOVE this car!! Super fun to drive and "dress up" with little customizations. I have the "S" model in an automatic now and, unfortunately, it's not as good on gas as my '07 manual was, but hey, it's a small price to pay for so much fun!

2020 MINI Convertible review
We bought a used 2020 Cooper S convertible in December 2022 with only 6,000 mile on the odometer. It is a blast to drive! Don't plan on taking passengers unless they are very small children or pets. Looking forward to warmer weather and many cruises although we did put the top down and took a spin in it on Christmas day.

Hendrick MINI review
No one likes being without their vehicle or dealing with unexpected repairs, but Hendrick MINI Service Center made the situation so much easier. From drop-off to pick-up, the experience was excellent, and they took wonderful care of “Izzy,” my MINI Countryman. Craig kept me updated every step of the way, and I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Having a team that communicates and cares makes all the difference. Thank you for making a stressful situation a positive experience. Highly recommend Hendrick MINI Service Center!

MINI of The WoodlandsReviews
MINI of The Woodlands review
I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2024 MINI Countryman from MINI of the Woodlands, and Dina Kansowah deserves special recognition. Buying a vehicle sight unseen from 1,500 miles away requires a tremendous amount of trust. Dina earned that trust through clear and consistent communication, detailed videos, prompt answers and careful attention to the things that truly matter when making a significant purchase remotely. She made sure I could see and understand the vehicle’s condition, guided me through each step and never left me wondering what was happening next. Dina’s professionalism, transparency and personal attention gave me the confidence to move forward with the purchase. She turned what could have been a stressful long-distance transaction into a smooth and reassuring experience. I highly recommend MINI of the Woodlands—and especially Dina—to anyone considering a MINI, whether purchasing locally or from across the country. She is an outstanding representative of the dealership and the MINI brand.

MINI of Warwick review
Sales-wise - Donna all the way ;) Service-wise - Darrell all the way! What can I say...from the beginning of my purchase with Donna for my CPO Countryman S ALL4 to service with Darrell, I've had nothing but a great experience with both. Donna goes above and beyond for her customers. She truly cares and works with you every step of the way..becomes like a family friend! I've taken my MINI for service to Darrell, and he goes above and beyond, always helping and taking the time to explain things. He definitely has a great attitude all around. Thank you to both of you. Keep MINI operating the way it should. You both are the prime example of great customer service, and it shows. Because of you both, you always make my life a little easier.

Re: Nail in run flat tire Lindsay (service rep) was excellent, had my tire in stick and she immediately put it on hold for me. Tire changed and wheel alignment done while I went for lunch. Appreciate fact that they test drive and look at undercarriage as part of service. I LOVE my BMW but I also LOVE my dealership

Toyota of KingsportReviews
Toyota of Kingsport review
I live in Ohio but was looking for a preowned 2020 Corolla Hybrid in the color I wanted. Ron S was my salesperson and was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful, cordial and responded quickly to my questions. Andy in the finance department was also friendly, quick and efficient. They handled the paperwork so I could get the car titled and registered in Ohio. They also were very accommodating in arranging for delivery of the vehicle. I am happy to have a certified preowned Toyota. I would buy from this dealership again without hesitation.
2014 MINI Convertible review
I love this S model convertible. Fun to drive, like a Go Cart in an amusement park. I treat the car like a wonderful woman. She is a joy to drive. I am excited to get behind the wheel daily. Super acceleration and handling. Have had no mechanical problems.

BMW of Annapolis Service Center is the only place that has serviced my car since I purchased it from them over 5 years ago. They have always provided excellent customer service and car care.
2023 MINI Convertible review
I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! I hope she and I have mini happy years together!!

MINI of St. LouisReviews
MINI of St. Louis review
Although I did not end up purchasing from MINI of St. Louis, the experience far exceeded anything I have had to suffer through with the dealers down here in Texas (Houston area). They had all fees and total pricing out front, with no surprise add-ons or non-negotiable extras that were not included in the listed price. [Yes, theyy do that down here in TX.]
2020 MINI Convertible review
What a cutie! I found the car very stylish. Love easy of how it handles and the way the convertible top operates. The car has a lot of zip on the highway and kept up with the big boys.
