I know this industry can be tough at times, which makes the level of courtesy and professionalism here stand out even more. I am very satisfied with the overall experience at BMW of Mountain View. Post purchase there was an issue with the vehicle. Harvey went to bat for me and the issue is being resolved, no questions asked.
