2026 Nissan Frontier review
The interior is well put together and the zero gravity seats are one of the most comfortable seats I’ve sat in. The 9 speed transmission is smooth and it doesn’t hunt for gears or at least it doesn’t feel like it, it’s that smooth. The v6 has plenty of power and the rear diff came with a factory locker. The camera has 360 view when parking tight spaces and there are plenty of telemetry gauges for pick from to display on the instrument cluster. The off-road gauges and wheel camera display to see where the tire is without getting out to study the trail is super helpful.

2026 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
This is my second Hyundai Santa Cruz, and my positive experience with the platform led me to trade in my 2023 Santa Cruz for a 2026 Santa Cruz Limited in September 2025. The vehicle continues to distinguish itself as an exceptionally versatile and well-executed crossover truck, offering a strong balance of modern features, impressive power and towing capability, and cutting-edge technology. From bumper to bumper, the Santa Cruz feels thoughtfully engineered. The vehicle is highly intuitive to operate, with logically placed controls that are easy to find and use. The instrumentation is clear and legible, and the interior layout prioritizes comfort, accessibility, and overall driving enjoyment. Everything feels deliberate rather than overcomplicated. Styling remains a standout strength. Both the exterior and interior designs are modern, distinctive, and refined without sacrificing functionality. The interior, in particular, maximizes comfort and ride quality while avoiding the cluttered or overwhelming feel that can come with heavily tech-laden vehicles. My favorite interior feature is the single, large digital display that seamlessly integrates the instrument cluster and infotainment system. The presentation is clean, cohesive, and modern, enhancing usability rather than distracting from the driving experience. Overall, the 2026 Santa Cruz Limited builds confidently on the strengths of earlier models and delivers a well-rounded, technology-forward package. That said, there is always room for improvement. A few changes could make future Santa Cruz models even better: Power-folding mirrors should be standard or at least offered on higher trims. This feature is long overdue, particularly for tight parking situations and automated car washes. Since the mirrors are already powered, this feels like a logical next step. Advanced safety systems should match or exceed those offered by Subaru. Beyond the obvious safety benefits, achieving parity would help ensure the insurance industry recognizes Hyundai’s systems in the same way, potentially extending comparable insurance discounts to Hyundai owners. All-weather floor mats need improved coverage in the driver’s footwell. Specifically, protection should extend higher along the left footrest area, behind the pedals, and further up the console side to better contain dirt, snow, and debris. Bring back the original Hyundai steering wheel logo. The current Morse-code “H” design feels out of place and awkward in an otherwise well-executed interior. Overall, the Santa Cruz remains a standout vehicle in its segment. With a few targeted refinements, it could easily set the benchmark.

2026 Nissan Frontier review
Following several months of research and comparisons, I bought a 2026 Frontier Pro-4x long bed. Absolutely love it. The truck is very comfortable and very well built, solid 6cyl engine and smooth as butter 9 speed transmission. I got both the convenience pkg and the premium pkg and glad I did. The premium pkg includes the TailorFit(™) synthetic leather seats that are much more supportive than the cloth seats, softer than Napa leather but much more durable. I do not find the hydraulic steering “heavy” at all, I find it to be very smooth and responsive. There are lots of very good aftermarket accessories available for the frontier. Overall, I believe this is the best value in a midsize pickup, perhaps tops in dependability as well (maybe ties with 2026 Toyota, but their new 4cyl turbo’s dependability is unknown). Consider the long-bed, it is the ultimate combo of midsize truck with super-size functionality. The LB seems to drive smoother on the highway and the extra length in the bed can fit things that many full size pickups cannot. It is terrific!

2025 Toyota Tacoma review
Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

I was looking to purchase new vehicle after 24 years for myself since buying my F250 in 2001. I did my research, and visited a few dealerships. That led me to Haag Ford even though there are multiple closer Ford dealers to me. That is when I met Michael Butts in May of 2025, and the journey began to purchasing my 2025 Big Bend Bronco. Mike was courteous, friendly, and professional from the very beginning! I will also admit I not to easiest to deal with, if pushed or felt pressured in a sale, which usually happens when making a big purchase. Mike never did that! He always listened and found answers to my questions, even if didn't know it at that exact moment. This was a drawn out process by ordering as found it was better and more economical, even though I knew would take longer to get and receive my new Bronco. Even the when there was a hurdle with with the order process, Mike was there to make sure it was fixed right, and I as a customer was happy with the solution, so the process could continue to move forward. What else can I say, other than he was amazing! Thank you Mike! What an amazing group of people at Haag Ford! Also to all that I interacted with including Justin, Andrew, and Jessie, thank for an overall great experience at Haag Ford! Truly a professional crew! So for anyone out there looking to buy a new Ford, I would take a drive to Lawrenceburg no matter the distance, as well worth the drive. 2026 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
I love that this car can function as a daily driver with great gas mileage, but also comfortably seat four and luggage for trips. The bed is just right for most people, it has plenty of room for plants and mulch, or pool chlorine, etc. The tonneau cover is a really convenient feature. The Cruz is more comfortable than a truck and more versatile than a crossover.
