Very professional and to the point. I worked with business manager A. Barone from a distance and in person. The communication was excellent through emails and phone calls. When I walked in the door, Maria Alcantara guided me though the dealership 100% from start to finish. Upon arriving, I was unsure which car I wanted to invest in.. I asked about multiple vehicles and their finishes/prices, Maria answered every one of my questions and if she didn't know the answer, she found out for me. Since Honda has so many different makes/models.. I realize I might have been a little difficult asking to see certain kinds more than once which meant we had to go outside a bunch of times in the 95 degree weather. None-the-less, Maria was extremely kind SO patient with me. Once I picked my favorite car and our transaction was finalized, she followed up with me the day after to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The gentleman who handled my finances, Robert Tranquilli, was awesome too! He made sure I was comfortable with the price and additions. As well, he offered protection plans that???ll help me should anything happen to my car in the future. People dream of walking into a car dealership and hope to not get bombarded or ripped off??? We had a wonderful experience at Autoland. Ralph our salesman was accommodating and very informative about every detail we wanted to know. We had our two boys with us and he made it feasible to go through the car leasing process with them there. I wound up winning $1,000 for just taking a test drive, which was amazing. Ralph was pleasant and kind. He and my husband went head to head over prices, but in the end we came to a price we were happy with. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and I will definitely recommend Ralph and Autoland to my friends. My boys thought he was funny and we all walked away smiling. Great job Ralph and Autoland!

They gave us a fair trade-in amount for our vehicle. We bought a GMC Sierra that was everything and more than was listed on their website. We bought a beautiful truck at a great price. Steve made the process of selling my car easy. He had me in and out in less than an hour. He made me a reasonable offer on my vehicle considering the circumstances. Truely an amazaing experience! Not only did we buy 1 SUV (2014 Infiniti QX60) but we ended buying 2 SUV that Same day! (2016 Ford Explorer Sport). We spoke with Chris by Phone on Wednesday (very Proffessional) and went on Saturday to take a look and see what was the deal and find out if what Chris, had said over the phone was true and not just lies to reel us in! Never at any time while we where there did they rushed us or bombed us with question, but let us take or time, and anything that we needed to know Chris, would have the answer too and if not he would find out from his manager Lorenzo. While we looked around Chris and Lorenzo, went ahead and sent out for coffee and snacks for my son, mom, and myself from Dunken Donuts (Things that real show how much they care for there customer). Makes you feel like Family. But what made everything an amazing experience, is how they listen to my needs, paid real top dollars for my trade in and since Chris, knew that one of the SUV???s would be a surprise for my wife which is pregnant, both Chris and Lorenzo offered to Deliver the car to my house the same day (which Lorenzo did by the way)! I was looking for this exact car for my daughter. This was the only dealership that had one. I was a little concerned buying from a little car dealer, but the experience was great. No hassle and they stood behind the car. It failed inspection due to the lights being to hazy. They told me to bring it in and they fixed it an hour without any hassle. They look brand new now.

I went to Yonkers Auto Mall with my husband to make sure he didn't spend WAY too much money on a vehicle. So right away when we arrived we were greeted by Eric Boykin. He was such a cheerful and courteous gentleman. I asked 1002 questions about my BMW and he answered them all. And what I really liked is that if he didn't know the answer, he was honest and told me so but then immediately got the answer for me. He never complained when we broke down or while we froze him to death in our dilapidated Kia. He even gave me top dollar for it. And that hard working girl Gina. To watch her work will make you tired. She worked hard to get me the best payment that I can afford. I love my 2015 BMW and would recommend Eric to anyone that wants a great deal and an even better experience.

I was coming in interested in the 2013 Equinox that Eastchester had advertised. We met Johnny who was courteous and pleasant. Always smiling and kept my attention. I just had a certain budget and honestly couldnt stretch much. He made every attempt and tried to get us close but we couldnt get there but his service is impeccable.
