He respected my time, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I'd also like to recognize **Tommy**, the Sales Manager, who was equally impressive. He was professional, straightforward, and worked with me to provide a very fair value for my trade-in. I never felt pressured, and the entire negotiation process was honest, respectful, and customer-focused. One thing that really stood out was their integrity. Before I finalized the purchase, I requested additional paperwork that I wanted to review before signing. Both Tommy and Ozzie assured me there was nothing to worry about and promised they would send everything first thing Monday morning. I decided to move forward based on that commitment, and they absolutely delivered. Around 10:00 a.m. Monday, I received every document I had requested, and everything matched exactly what we had discussed at the dealership. There were no surprises, no hidden details, and no last-minute changes—just complete transparency and follow-through. That level of honesty and commitment says a lot about a dealership. It's easy to make promises during a sale, but it's much more meaningful when those promises are kept after you've driven off the lot. Overall, this was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I've had. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new BMW 5 Series and truly appreciate the outstanding customer service, professionalism, and integrity shown by both Ozzie and Tommy. They earned my trust, and that's something I value highly. 2022 Toyota Tundra review
Great truck so far overall no issues. Only problem front “chrome” grill seems to be peeling in a couple of spots. Otherwise love it. Also wish the autostart would stay on and not shut off when you open the door to get into the truck.

2024 Toyota Tundra review
Love everything about it so far! I got the 2024 Platinum in Lunar Rock color. The interior leather is actually charcoal color (not black) with blue stitching and blue interior lighting throughout. Looks amazing! The sunroof is enormous, larger than the one in my outgoing 2018 Volvo XC90. I really like The JBL sound system also. Overall extremely happy with my new rig!

I figured it was only polite to let Colton know that I found another vehicle. 2024 Toyota Tundra review
This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. Although I love this vehicle, I am a bit put out with Toyota in general, because of the lack of fobs, and I have been talking to everyone at the dealership and with Toyota corporate office, and there has been no answer as to why I cannot get the second fob which I am entitled to. I spent enough money on this vehicle so in theory, I should have everything in place including two fobs. Is anyone else in experiencing this issue? I am reading that the supply chain on this item has open back up, but when I go to the dealership and give them my Vin number, they don’t even have it on the recall, which is what you have to have. Apparently this week will be under to even anticipate receiving your Second fob. All I can say is, shame on you, Toyota!

2022 Toyota Tundra review
So far, an excellent experience. Just shy of 500 miles, and everything is as expected or better. This is my 5th Tundra and ranks in the top 2. Better gas milage, more power. Wonderful additional storage, with the rear under seat storage and ability to store items behind the seat. This was a key reason for going with the non-hybrid engine. Had the hybrid mileage been better, I may have chosen the hybrid and lived without the storage. Sleek styling and an improved ride with the new rear suspension. I am very pleased with this truck.

2026 Toyota Tundra review
Two weeks ago I bought a 2026 tundra 1794. Came right off the showroom floor and took it home. I spent over 25 years in the retail car business… Most of the time as a general manager. Though I bought several new cars over the years for kids and Exes this is the first new vehicle I’ve ever owned myself. And I have owned a boatload of cars over the years, but never a new one. I Actually went out to buy a used tundra V8. I found more value in the new tundra. And after I spoke to the gentleman who traded in his 2020 Toyota tundra V8 for the new tundra, and an extended test drive, I too was sold. My wife loves the heated and massaging seats. Plus, there’s heated seats in the back. I don’t know if spending over $70,000 for an any new pick up truck is smart or a good value, but I do know I love it. It’s a beast on the road and fun to drive. We took my elderly aunt and uncle to lunch in the pick up… My uncle stated “ it’s like you’re riding in a Cadillac” I now find myself creating reasons to run to the store. I question my sanity because how many loads of bread do we really need in the freezer? Hope this helps. Go drive one for yourself.

Finance of course gives the options for warranties, and depending on your make/model could easily be worth it. They really weren't too pushy for the add ons, which is exactly why I would go back again. Also, the price is the price. No xx bait and switch. They look to be a very high volume dealer from the middle of nowhere Illinois simply because they don't play the games that we all hate. Very happy with my experience there.
