NYE VolkswagenReviews
NYE Volkswagen review
Such a great VW experience! Rich was professional, and so knowledgeable- he answered every question I had about the vehicles I was looking at and made the process go smoothly and quickly. He also patiently explained the tech and features in the VWs and even my insurance app! Robert and Anthony made me feel comfortable with the financial side of things. I did not feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t love, they worked with various lenders to help me get the best deal, and I understood everything I signed. Most importantly, my VW Is flawless and the warranties and dealership perks are incredible. This is my first VW, and I look forward to being a Nye Volkswagen customer for life.

Submitted a "Is this car still available?" inquiry through the website and got a prompt reply from the team at CAPISTRANO VOLKSWAGEN. We were contacted by Sales Consultant STEVE SMITH and we arranged a meeting. Steve was professional and informative, and enthusiastic as he personally owns two of the same model we were there see. Took good care of us throughout the visit. Service Advisor BRAD JOHNSON made the closing process clear and painless. All aspects of the dealer experience at CAPISTRANO VOLKSWAGEN was top notch professional and personable. Well done.

I have to be honest with you guys. I had the most over top amazing experience. My sales person was Monique and she took the time and listened to everything that I was interested in. It was kind of sticky at first however, I got it done. I am in a brand new 2025 Nissan rogue with eight hole miles on it. Thank you so much Monique for your kindness your showmanship and most of all you’re over the top and amazing customer service. Great job I wish you all the best. Oh yes and I have to thank the finance guy Eric Eric thank you thank you so much for walking me through this process and helping me understand thank you.

2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
2023 VW ID.4 PRO S. 1 year this July of 24, 16000 miles. Before the latest software update of 3.1 or 3.5 we could the full state of charge was 300 Miles. After the update, the max SOC dropped to 253. But many software problems were fix. The 12V battery is stronger than the 2021 (they were updated later). Fast charge to 80% is 35 minutes or less. I charge at home in Arizona we have solar with SUNRUN. We installed a 50amp this provides us with using WALLBOX 11kw so for example, today Apr 8, 2024. to charge at home from 18% SOC to 80% took rounding up 3 hours. Not bad. March Electicy bill was $40. No expense for fuel and money saved.

Great working with Don & Charles. Took time to answer all my questions about the Honda CR-Vs electronic features. Don even borrowed coworkers USB cable so I could try out the Appleplay system. Car was cleaned so well, my friends complimented how it looked like new.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Audi Plano! From start to finish, the entire process of trading in my vehicle and purchasing a new one was absolutely exceptional. The level of professionalism, customer service, attention to detail, and genuine care that goes into making the car-buying experience seamless is truly impressive. What can sometimes be a stressful and overwhelming process was instead exciting, effortless, and enjoyable. It’s clear that Audi Plano takes pride in creating an experience that goes beyond simply selling vehicles. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle and the entire experience. If you’re looking for a dealership that values its customers, provides exceptional service, and makes the car-buying process a pleasure, I highly recommend Audi Plano! Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Midway Nissan review
Excellent service. I appreciate Eric taking extra time with me. The service here is very professional, friendly. I wish I had purchased only Nissans years ago and had the vehicles serviced at this dealership which is VERY organized rather than experience headaches at other dealerships. From now on, I am only purchasing Nissans and will take them to this dealership.
2021 Volkswagen ID.4 review
Just bought a 2021 1st edition which is pretty much the same as a 2022 xxxxxxw/ Gradient package. Love, love, love this vehicle. Since I have the RWD I am waiting for my reserved AWD to be delivered, if given a bargain for my 1st edition as a trade in, I will trade up to the 2022, if not I'd be just as happy keeping my 1st edition.

2021 Volkswagen ID.4 review
Love my 2023 ID.4! It’s extremely comfortable, drives great, gets good range (280 miles) and charges quite fast (180kW observed!). A lot to love about it, it’s a great crossover, roomy, good suspension, comfortable massaging seats!, nice features, the Travel Assist highway driver assist is excellent and is great for long road trips, the software is also good pretty responsive and not too buggy and I have not had any issues with it so far, the newer ID.4s have much better software than the first year 2021 models and apparently the 2021 models are getting updated. A lot of people complain about the ergonomics but I honestly find it to be a non issue for the most part, the steering wheel controls can be pressed like normal buttons and the sliders are responsive, also the window controls do not matter to me, the separate button for rear windows is not an issue, in fact it helps me from not rolling down the rear windows unintentionally. I really, really think the control issues on this car are overblown because within a day I was perfectly comfortable with all of it. The only issue I have with the controls is that the center sliders are not illuminated at night for some reason which is dumb but my muscle memory adapted quite quickly to it. The EV part of it is great, like I said it charges very well and has a good charging curve, the range is good, and the electric motors are well calibrated. The only other issues I have is that the stereo isn’t excellent for $50k, it is ok, it is not bad, but it is not a great stereo. Also the already mentioned not illuminated sliders. The app could also be better, but I do not care too much as I just use the keys and it works well. Also would like to see one pedal driving. But that is it, they are not big issues. I would absolutely recommend it to others, in fact I already have! It is really a great car!

Stevens Creek BMW review
I must start by saying that under normal circumstances, I never review and/or write regarding my experiences. Mr. Von since the get-go (phone & texts) worked as well as listened to our wants and needs. Although we didn't get the 21' sporty tires we wanted (we can purchase at some point I suppose) Ultimately, we got the SUV we wanted and perfect color the wife wanted (Brooklyn Grey). Btw - Von I may text you regarding a few suggestions with accessories! Eric C. Diaz in the Finance Dept. guided us with a swimmingly and smooth process; if there is a such thing when purchasing a luxury vehicle. With attention to detail and patience required going through a plethora of finance/numbers paperwork/signage he was passionate about walking us through with empathy and excitement. For all of this and more to come! Your superb care will not go unnoticed Eric Cahue Diaz! Happy Camper - R. Israel Medina Del Toro & Veronica Vazquez.

Don't go here unless you plan on buying a car, the salesman made it too easy and I left with a good car. The salesman Jason made sure I had everything we discussed. Was not endless hours trying to close and drive away.

2021 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I had multiple problems with infotainment screen which were finally resolved with replacement at 3.5 years. Car is solid, a joy to drive ....a true tight German machine. so many nice features, handling, turning radius, quiet comfort, visabiltiy and still solid after 4 years. the software may have some needs but the car is great. I am out of warranty and kept the car. It has been dependable after replacement of the screen. The price for a new one is now too high so I purchased an extended VW warranty.

Charles did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the process. He clearly explained how my service needs would be addressed and walked me through the warranty process. He was also considerate of how unexpected delays affected my daily routine. As soon as a loaner vehicle became available, he contacted me promptly. I truly appreciate his communication, professionalism, and consideration throughout the experience.
