2021 Volkswagen Jetta review
I bought a 21 SEL Premium with 5k miles on it. Has fully digital dashboard display which is awesome because it's fully customizable, and you can even use the entire screen to display a map which shows local businesses as you drive near them. This vehicle also has Beats by Dre which I find terribly disappointing. My 2012 Toyota Camry had a JBL sound system which was 3 times better than this system. It also (at times) creates a bass thump when I make a call while listening to the radio which is irritating. The other issue that has me bummed was the cruise control system would fail half the time. I just got it fixed yesterday but time will tell as I've only engaged it once since dealership fixed it. The cabin feels very comfortable and is quiet on the road. The lane departure assist and assisted cruise control are impressive features that most will appreciate. Steering wheel controls are also nice features.

2020 Volkswagen Jetta review
I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

9/2017 purchase offered significant dealer and MFG discounting....................OTD Jetta S with the manual shift was $1437.05. At 68,000 miles I've not had a single issue. Fuelly says just under 41 MPG in 35/65 city/highway use. My best highway miles Sacramento - LA round trip was 50.3 on Interstate 5. esshift5

Sales Manager Matt Knudson, GSM Jerry Spanier, and Andrew Sytsma (who wasn’t my salesman but still took time to chat and share product knowledge) all played a part in making this one of the easiest purchases I’ve ever had. The team knew my previous car was totaled in a tornado, and they went above and beyond to make this out-of-state transaction simple and stress-free. Exceptional customer service! I bought a truck the middle of this year and picked it up in the rain. When it finally dried out I noticed a cloudiness to the paint on what area. A few weeks ago I decided to have it looked at finally. I discovered a fairly significant issue with the paint when I took it to my detailer and then a paint guy. I emailed them clearly not expecting much to happen as it had been 6 months and they had no obligation to do anything about it. I was shocked when Tyler from their service department called me the next day to schedule a time for me to bring my truck in so they could fix the issue by re-paining the area at no charge. I showed up on my appointment day and he had a loaner car ready and I was in an out with no questions asked. He said they would get right on it, but to give them a few days to get it fixed. They called the next day for me to pick it up and it looked showroom new. It even had a full tank of gas and considering I have a 30 gallon tank that is extremely generous. So many things they did that they didn't have to do, were under no obligation to do, but did so anyway. Truly the best customer service I have ever experienced.

2022 Volkswagen Jetta review
I got the SE model which I now regret. No SiriusXM radio, no navigation and no trip mirage and the only thing it counts is Miles, no quarter, half etc. Cannot give a person accurate directions. I don’t like the moon roof cover. It’s just glass and a shade no metal line outside of car so in NC in the summer I could cook an egg in it I believe. No excuse not to out SiriusXM in it. I had 2012 Jetta SEL that I absolutely loved it had all this one doesn’t but someone ran into me and totaled it in 2020 or I’d still have it. This one falls short of it.
